Chapter 32 Panic

The next few days, Ji Hoon takes turn having date with the girls, even had one with Kristy. But they have more important things to do back in Colrea, which is the first family concert of Pixie Entertainment. They decide to end their trip and return to make the final preparations for the concert.

Two days before the D-day, at the Soul Stadium

Every member of company especially those that have to perform during the event have been practicing extra hard these past few days, even Tay who is usually confident in her own ability has also appeared more frequently.

Maybe the only people that are not feeling nervous are Ji Hoon and Soo Yeon because they have been through it.

Ji Hoon decides to check out how GoG is doing. He knocks their door and enters after receiving the 'ok' call.

Looks like they are resting after their practice, they are currently lying on the floor without any care in the world, only Yeon Tae gets up and greets him.

"Annyeong oppa~"

"I know you girls are feeling super uneasy right now but please don't overwork yourself, you should be at your peak conditions during the event. Look at those dark circles, damn!"

"Oppa... we haven't got a good sleep for quite some time already... how did you and Soo Yeon managed to do this during your debut?"

"For me, it was because of Soo Yeon, we always know we gonna have each other's back no matter what happens. There are nine of you, it shouldn't be a problem."

"If the nine of you are having troubles right now, just imagine what is going through Jee Eun's mind right now, she has to do this solo. Forget about Tay, she already has experience performing in front of a crowd, but this is totally new for Jee Eun. As the elder sisters, you can't be showing this to her right?"

One by one, they got up from the floor, and stand in front of Ji Hoon with a determined expression.

"You girls have a slogan or something?"

"1, 2, 3, right now it's GoG, in the future it's GoG, forever it's GoG! Oppa is the first one to hear this." *this sounds way cooler in Korean btw

"Ahh, the nostalgia..."

"Hmm? What are you talking about oppa? You've heard this before?"

"Huh?! Did I speak out my mind? Oh nothing! That's great slogan, I'm sure it will become legendary one day."

"Of course! Who do you think made that slogan? That's right, we made it together!"

"I'm happy you girls are feeling better now, but you should still go to sleep now, I don't want any of you to collapse in the future, got it?!"

"Hi there JH~ I'm trying to calm her down by giving her some opinions and experiences of mine performing in front of a crowd."

"Oh you have no idea, she has been texting me in the midnight these past few days."

"Honestly, the more you worry about it, the more nervous you are gonna get."

"You have two songs to perform, the first one is a duet with me, that should help you a little bit I hope. As for your solo, we are gonna watch you from backstage, you are not alone."

"JH, I have an idea, how about you watch her from the front row? Jee Eun can keep her eyes on you during her solo."

"That might work oppa, please do that!" ( ✧Д✧)

"I'm gonna disguise as a staff member then. But don't make it too obvious that you are interacting with me all the time, you gotta interact with the fans too."

"What about you Tay? You good?"

"Umm, all good. I have one small request though.".

"What is it?"

"Can I add one more song for my debut? But this one I want you to perform a duet with me. It's not fair that I'm the only one without any connection with you. You wrote the lyrics for both GoG and Jee Eun, you are even going to perform together with her. I can't be the only one left out right?"

"What do you have in mind?"

"You will sing just a small part in the lyrics, here you go." She shows him the lyrics.

"I'm sure we have an extra four minutes to spare, I'll talk to the staffs about it."

"Thanks JH, you are the best! Come here, give me a kiss!"

He blocks her mouth with his hand.

"You girls gotta stop with all these kisses. Even though we are really close, you still shouldn't do this to me... I'm also a man you know?"

"Ahh... sorry..." Tay tries her best to hide the disappointment in her face, and smile to him, only Jee Eun notices her expression.

"Hmm, I gotta go tell the staffs about this, I'll let you know the new timetable later."

Conversation between Tay and Jee Eun

*sigh...

"Jee Eun, I messed up didn't I? Didn't he just reject me?"

"Err... unnie, we told you he is always a bit dense, so you have to take things slow. And I'm pretty sure oppa didn't mean it that way, he probably refuse your kiss because I'm here too, and he respects me, so..."

"Hah... you and Emmy are really cunning and brave to go at him first. Sometimes I'm so jealous of you two..."

"It took Emmy unnie two years plus, and honestly I was just lucky, I didn't even know what came over me that day, maybe the timing was just right. I'm sure you will have your right moment too, unnie hwaiting!"

"What's 'hwaiting'?"

"Ayy unnie, it's been so long since you came here and still didn't learn the basic languages here. If you wanna have a shot with oppa, that's the first thing you gotta learn."

"H-haha... I was busying writing the new song I gave JH just now, I didn't have any time to learn it. But I'll make sure to learn it after the concert! You'll teach me right?"

"Of course unnie! We are all on the same boat here!"
