"Hmm… I never thought I'm gonna learn something like this when applying to the Academy." Chiya said after Mrs. Aalisha instructed the start of our discussion.
"Isn't this just… politics?" Hazana was confused with the situation.
"Right!?" Chiya excitedly agrees with the lightning girl. "Isn't only the royal blood and both of Their Holiness have the privilege and duty to decide a policy for something like this?"
"That's somewhat true. But," I commented. "You need to know that our reign in this province and island, isn't running on a tyrannical system."
"What do you mean?" She didn't seem to quite catch what I meant.
However, before I began answering her, Mrs. Alisha come to our team amid our discussion. She talked to the two dragons about suggesting they use their Kaoma bodies during all indoor classes.
The reason is it'll be easier for them to get more personal with their team member and class, while also not blocking any view from each team, since the next part of the discussion will be held between each team.
This type of team-to-team discussion might also happen during other weeks or other classes, so their ability to change bodies will benefit the entire class.
Sounded a bit rude, but it's a sounding argument.
The two dragons, of course, coming from the family whose job is to take orders, agreed with Mrs. Aalisah and head back to their room in the dorm to change.
"Each mainline from its tribe knows how to handle and what is best for their own tribe." I then continued to fill the puzzle in Chiya's head. "The Kaukseya Family may rule the entirety of this province, or maybe even this island, but our citizens are too diverse for the royals to know each of their needs and wants."
"So the rulers here are very open to suggestion." I went on. "And if the people can convince us enough, we might agree to their proposal, and distribute what they wanted."
"Does that mean if I nag you enough, you'll agree to marry me?" The ashen lady had a sly smile on her face.
"That's a bit…" I'm honestly taken aback by her question. "My marriage will affect the next generation of royal and nobility, so that's probably…"
"Why not? I'm from the mainline too…" The fox moved closer to me, tempting my eyes with curves that are barely covered, only to be complemented by the black silk she's wearing. "Look at Hada and Falisha, they both hybrids, and their skillsets kick ass too." Can't deny that.
"You could just marry a girl from each tribe mainline, My Prince. Then establish a nobility for each tribe in this kingdom." Sometimes Anna came up with the scariest suggestion. Although the last bit seems interesting.
Fortunately, the sounds of the door opening distract our attention after that girl's madness. The two dragons are back with their Kaoma body.
"Let's get back to the class issue shall we?"
The girls look disappointed, but they could agree that we have strayed too far from our topic. We then spent the rest of the given time internally discussing the Kaoma problem.
*
15 minutes have passed since Mrs. Aalisha open the intrateam session. Now we will head onto the next one.
"Times up, kids." As she said it, the whole class divert our attention to her. "Now, let's hear what team 2 have in store for us."
Hearing the sign of instruction, the representative from team 2 immediately stood up from his seat and readied to deliver what they have in mind. The one speaking is the snake spear, Jawara Tombak, Lovis Urania.
"An honor to have the opportunity, missus." He gave a short bow before he starts.
"Before the direct yes and no, let's review a little history between the Kaoma and people of this city, especially the Guild members."
There are two types of people currently residing in the capital of Kendang province. One is the Guild members and their families, the others are talented representatives of each tribe sent to help rebuild civilization on this new island.
Now for the Kaoma, they are a Keeper under the influence of Chaos Tree which also shares the same genus as the Taanji the whole world is fighting against, the Uhang Pandak or Uhndak for shorts.
When the Guild was first established, the members are some of the strongest soldiers each tribe have to offer. But even with it, there were still a lot of casualties when fighting against the Taanji, or even the Uhndak.
Fortunately, this problem is quickly solved after the Holy System decided to make peace with the Chaos Tree and recruited the second wave of Guild members. The Guild has finally found enough pieces of information on how to handle these tiny critters, and all first wave members are powered up enough through the ranking system.
For us the fifth generation, however, all things the world knows about Uhndak were taught at school, so as soon as we achieve the power rank of Manshira (7/9), we can fully handle fighting against Uhndak.
Now going back to Kaoma, the Uhndaks are always there with them when the Void people came to invade the New World, mostly the Island of Kaput. They are like brothers in arms, or at least to some extent.
"All of us here have our share of problems with the Taanji, but when it came to Uhndak, whatever elements they are, we're always save under the mercy of the Guild back there in Selebes." Lovis went on.
"Nevertheless, our senior might share a bit of hatred and grudge against the Chaos Tribe, especially since Kaoma looks really similar to the Chaos Uhndak, except they have hair, gender, and enhanced body shape." He pointed at the two dragons in their Kaoma body, which gave the perfect representation of how both genders of Kaoma look like.
Although the clothes the two are wearing are armor made out of Kokkradrium, something that is only worn by the Draconus.
"The same can be said about Kaoma senior, where they used to live under the same town as the Uhndak since they kept those Taanji as troops to fight against the overwhelming Void."
"However, this changed when the Guild was able to expand their influence throughout the Island, and protect the Kaoma from those invasions. They have no reasons to keep managing the Uhndak when those Taanji are a lot weaker than the members or even the Kaoma themselves."
"So our answer is yes, we agree to have them live and study here, However… that is under one condition." He raised his index finger with a serious look in his eyes. Although his face was fully covered by a black mask with toxic blue energies emerging from the eyeholes.
"They should only live in the academy and only in the academy." He proposed. "The ones who are here are only the young generations and the old Guild members who are completely accustomed to the Kaoma."
"That's all for us." He then neatly moved both his hands behind his waist and stood in a resting position.
"Thank you, Lovis." Mrs. Aalisha let out a satisfied smile. "Now, anyone wants to give their response or argument? You are welcome to stand and speak your heart out."
"I don't think you need to worry about hatred, which you make it sounds leading to discrimination." I stood up and answered the call. "You can witness a Painter on this class, which come from a tribe the Genka hated the most." I pointed at both of the Vampirs. I have a passive disgust towards them I'm not gonna lie.
"Forgive me, Your Highness." The male one, whose name is Gualter Sanguarca if I remember correctly, responded to me with a slight offense on his façade. "The Vampirs are legal citizens of this Kingdom, even if our occupation is in the shore of the city."
"You proof exactly my point." I replied to him. "If someone who came from a tribe that is under a direct heat with the King's tribe can peacefully live their lives here, Kaoma who is now completely at peace with us can also do the same."
