37. Decision

Tara is still silent.

"Hey… you heard me right? Say something. Please don't be selfish and answer my question."

Tara smiled wryly at the man's words. He was still silent and continued to listen.

Ignoring all the feelings that began to swirl in his heart with the voice of the man on the other side. What did he say? Do not be selfish? Who is selfish here? Was it him, or was it the bastard?

"Okay, I'm sorry for making you hurt and cry. Let's just say I'm an asshole for breaking my word, but it's for our good. So, come back now."

Tara was silent with a focused gaze ahead. His heartfelt warm even though his ego hurt. Although simple, somehow the apology from this man bothered him at this time. Something was comforting in there that couldn't be properly described. Was this what he had been waiting for? An apology from someone who has hurt? Is it true?
