4 . Rudolph Ladon

It has been a few weeks since he found out from Tiamat how she saved him. He learned from her that even though she is the goddess of creation she can't mess with life and death as it would cause a conflict with the god of death. So before his soul could enter the cycle of reincarnation again she forcefully removed his soul from the world he's from by using her soul as an anchor and linking it to his , what she didn't tell him was it was a really dangerous thing to try .

Although she is a goddess, her soul is still vulnerable and when she tried to link their souls she could have suffered a dangerous backlash , but she was fortunate enough to complete it without any danger. She didn't want him to get too worried and blame himself.

Sieg's relationship with Tiamat got better over the days , they both spent most of their time with each other . Tiamat was a like a loving wife she always stayed with him except when she had to deal with urgent matters in her domain. Although he only knew her for a few weeks it was enough for him to completely fall in love with her , but sometimes he would think about the girl who he left behind and feel sad . Tiamat seeing his sadness would always try to cheer him up . Although Sieg was very intimate with her ,they didn't cross the final line as both felt there was no need to rush things as they had all the time in the world.

Sieg was taking a stroll through the palace while thinking about all the things that happened to him and he felt warm inside while thinking of Tiamat and involuntarily a small smile crept onto his face . This made the maids who were working in the palace blush and steal glances at him . Because they haven't seen such a handsome man before and they have seen him with their lord so they knew he was someone important so they bow to him when he passes by .

He lived in the inner part of the palace where only Tiamat and him stayed alone and nobody was allowed in there and he only strolled around some places with Tiamat. So Sieg thought it was a good chance to see the rest of the palace . He was strolling the outer parts of the palace and he was being greeted by the servants as he passes them by , as he was looking around he saw a young man with long red hair and very handsome face , all the maids and women working in the palace would have paid attention to this man if not for the existence of Sieg , if somebody compares them it would be like comparing heaven and earth , Sieg noticed that the man's eyes contained deep arrogance and Sieg quickly concluded that this man might have 'Young master syndrome' and if he talks with this guy he might start spouting bullshit and Sieg wasn't in a mood to entertain him and Sieg decided on the best course of action, that is to walk away and while he was turning away the man noticed that all the maids were stealing glances at a certain direction so he turned his attention towards the direction and he saw a young man but what surprised him was he was the most handsome man he has ever seen and that made him furious, the fact that an insignificant insect could be more handsome than him that hurt his ego, he suddenly had the urge to beat this man up , so for his satisfaction he decided to humiliate him infront of the maids to show his superiority and maybe even lady Tiamat would realise his greatness and throw herself at him. He mentally applauded himself for his brilliant plan.

Sieg was starting to walk away when he suddenly heard someone calling him and when he turned around , he instantly thought this will be very troublesome . While the man saw that Sieg was paying attention to him he got a much more closer look at him and it made him even more pissed off and he decided humiliate him instantly , he sneered internally and spoke with a arrogant tone "Hmph , insect what are you doing in this place this is not a place peasants like you can just walk in , know your place " .

Sieg who heard his words filled with contempt was internally cursing in his mind ' What the fuck is this guys problem , Insect , Peasant this guy has a severe case of young master syndrome and I have to get away from him as quickly as possible or it might cause endless trouble and might bother Tia and I don't wanna make her job harder than it is , Sheesh she works too hard ' he unconsciously smiled while thinking of Tiamat.

Seeing Sieg's smiling face all of the maids blushed furiously this infuriated the man more but what made him even angrier was evryone ignoring him , the man he tried to humiliate didn't even bother answering him and just outright ignored him this made the man seething with rage, he was Rudolph Ladon the promising genius of the Ladon clan everyone fawns over him and praises him and tells him with his talent and good looks Lady Tiamat will obviously consider taking him as her mate so he was obviously in a good mood today . His father is the leader of clan Laden and had come to attend the meeting along with other clan lords organised by their lord Lady Tiamat , so he had decided to take a stroll around the palace as this would be his in the future as he has already considered Tiamat his women as in his opinion every women should be grateful to be with him . His personality is very conceited as he was pampered from birth . Currently he was seething with rage as nobody had disrespected him so much so he decided to kill this man to quell his rage . He shouted at Sieg

" Kneel Insect "

While releasing his pressure . Sieg had never experienced this kind of pressure ever in his life , the pressure was making his whole body feel heavy and his knees were buckling , but right when he was about to fall down due to the pressure something inside him just snapped and he forced his body up , Sieg could feel all of his muscles aching and his bones creaking , it was really painful but he endured it . He stood up although shakily .

Rudolph could feel an invisible pressure from Sieg and he felt intimidated , but he quickly found it infuriating to think he would be afraid of an ant .

So he decided to kill Sieg to retain his pride .

" Courting death !!! "

He launched a powerful blast at Sieg and if this hits him he won't survive , but Rudolph still under estimated Sieg so he didn't use his full power , but the the blast was enough to seriously injure him. Sieg body was thrown aginst the wall by the sudden force and he fell to the ground while heavily injured.

Rudolph was feeling a sense of accomplishment and he was in his own delusional world.

Sieg was lying on the floor with blood flowing out of his body , he could feel his life slowly fading away and he couldn't help but think of Ruby and Tiamat . He already hurt Ruby, he didn't want to hurt Tiamat too , so he grit his teeth trying to stay conscious .

He could feel something inside his mind , while he was trying to stay conscious he could hear someone speaking but he couldn't hear what they were saying, so he tried concentrating and after a few moments he heard a voice calling his name

" Siegfried"

' W- who ' Sieg was thinking whose voice was it , when he suddenly felt a burst of power in his weak body and he could feel his fatal wounds healing themselves albeit slowly . His crushed internal organs were slowly regenerating and his life was not in danger anymore .

Sieg inwardly sighed while thinking what happened to him .

He felt a familiar aura near him and when he looked at the Silhouette standing in front of him he felt relieved and he couldn't hold back anymore and he could feel darkness approaching him , so he looked at the figure once more and said in a weak voice
