Who Is He?

"Since when do we need a door to leave?" He had a cold smirk on his face and the girl rolled her eyes.

Why did she even assume that he would listen to a human obediently! He turned and scanned the four walls of the room. There was another office behind the left wall. There was a cafeteria on the right side and a store room behind the back wall. While the front wall opened up to a common area where many policemen were standing.

He lazily turned towards the backside and walked out of the wall as if it was made of air. Walking to the other side, he picked up a cap leisurely and wore it.

With that he opened the door and left the police station slowly and lazily while everyone around him was a policeman. He stopped in his tracks when he saw the police officer who had brought him here, how could he go without teaching him a lesson!

He turned and started following him to find a bit of an empty area to attack him when he entered the cabin.

"I want my invisible cloak!" Zhao Wei who was shaking her head at his pettiness tired alert.

"Why do you need it? It is not like you are scared to roam around this way!" She observed her surroundings carefully to see if there was any threat. But she did not find anything amiss!

"Did I need to give an explanation to you?" he asked in an icily voice and she gritted her teeth. Going back, she brought the invisibility cloak and passed it to him with puffed up cheeks.

I did not mind getting caught by their other police officers here but the girl was strong, and the room only had two people. If she saw the third person, she would check him thoroughly.

Wearing the invisible cloak, he followed the police officer in the cabin. The chief was sitting on the chair with a file in her hands and her face had a deep frown.

"You called me, chief?" spoke the police officer with some trepidation as he entered.

"Yes! Captain Su. I saw what happened in the interrogation room today. And I hope that you have seen the condition of your subordinates too!" he gritted his teeth but nodded his head without saying a word.

He had underestimated the boy thinking that he would not dare to beat police officers in the police station. But before he could go and teach him a lesson, he was called here!

"Hmm, I have called you here to inform you that I am making a report on the events of today and I will send it to higher ups. And I am even noting it in your evaluation file and asking for your demotion as a normal policeman so that you could not use your authority negligently! Now you may go back!" his legs were trembling with the thought of working under everyone again.

"Are you supporting a criminal against me, chief?" his voice was accusing and she chuckled, not a single bit of fear in her eyes. She just played the audio hao had shown her and the man had to hold the table in front of him to keep standing.

Hao's eyes flickered darker as he knew that CCTV did not have voice recordings and he had not given her his phone to copy the audio file!

"Do not worry, you will get the chance to put your points too. Now leave or else I will dismiss you right now!!" The man held her trembling body together and ran out of the room when he heard her ferocious voice.

"Are we leaving now?" asked Zhao Wei, but instead of walking towards the door, Hao walked towards the table of the chief.

Just when the captain left, she had started looking at a file again deep in her thoughts. He did not know why, he felt like she was reading about him and he felt curious to know who the man actually was for the first time.

The girl turned the page and frowned further. Then she put the file aside and tapped her elegant fingers on the keyboard and soon the image of Hao displayed on the screen,

He was wearing an expensive suit and standing on the terrace of a large building with many other foreigners whose names you can read in newspapers often.

The man had a rich and elegant vibe but he was looking kind and gentle. She continued to click on the mouse and a few more pictures took its place. But all of them were of foreign countries and with many nobles and higher ups.

"Ha! To cover it up like this! Just who are you and what are you hiding Hao?" she was clearly furious as she looked at the file in her hands again with gritting teeth.

All the files were telling her that he was a great philanthropist who had millions under his name but he donated all and came back to his country to live a simple life.

But there was not even his full name in the files and his past and present photos or details with only a few pictures with authorities. Neither the pictures before that or after that.

She had never seen a file that had this less information and that was also so unclear. As if even the police authorities were not able to find much about him or let him be!.

In the background, she played the CCTV footage very slowly. But no matter how slow she played it, she was not able to notice his movements. As if he was teleporting from one place to another. The more she saw him beating the policeman, the frown and confusion only increased on her face.

"There was something seriously wrong with him!" she shook her head and picked up the phone on the table and dialed a number.

"Hello, I want a technical expert in my room."

"Bam.. boom, swish…"

"Ah.. yes! My computer just burnt!!"
