Raiden looked taken aback. "Why? Are you that people also?" I asked, "Why, if I am one of those, will you stay away now?" He questioned, leaning forward.

I laughed out. "Honestly, you're so bad at lying." I continued to laugh. "No, seriously, answer me, Kerstein." His words brought me to stop laughing. "So, are you one of those people?" I asked again.

He instantly shook his head and stood away from me. "Why? Do you have issues with them? I mean the people in the hierarchy?" He raised a question. "Yes, I have a serious issue with them, they take advantage of others just because they are in higher places," I replied.

"If so just talk to it to the House of Commons or the House of Lords." He returned, which made me mad. "Look here, do you think someone with low status will make the House of Commons and House of Lords turn their heads, I'm just a Middle Born, nothing less, nothing more," I explained.

Even if I explained what happened back then, they would not listen for the least. Justice flows for the rich; that is what they say. "That's what you say, you should try to speak up to these kinds of problems, they won't hear you if you don't voice out." He explained, looking at me directly. "It won't happen, I tried. I've tried so many times, still, they won't listen." I narrated.

This is not worth explaining; he will not understand it. He leaned closer after, "Still, it such a shame though," He stated. "Shame of what?" I questioned.

"It's such a shame that you can't flaunt yourself, it's too bad you can't get what you deserve." He gestured, lifting my chin. "Huh?" He mischievously smiled.

"You fancy me, Wijndelts." He expressed, leaning closer. "You must be drunk, Jin," I complained; he just chuckled.

"I'm not drunk you know!" He stood back. "I'm not that pretty, Mister!" I rolled my eyes as he chuckled.

"Are you in a relationship now?" He teasingly asked. "Do you think I would have time to date random people now?" I retorted.

"Well, it's such a waste for you to grow old like this." He returned. "Mister! I will eventually find a husband suitable to my standard and taste." I challenged.

What is his problem? He always questions and challenges my decisions. "I can't bother to do those relationships, I'm bad at handling people, I told you that already, right?" I frowned in his sight. "Oh yeah, I forgot about that part, if you don't change you'll be an old hag in no time." He teased me again.

Why is he asking about this? He looks like the type to sleep with any woman. Does he sleep with different kinds of women? It is pretty obvious, he is attractive, and well, it will not even surprise me. "Are you the Cassanova type? You pick a girl today and another one for tomorrow." I commented; he then frowned and raised his eyebrow. "You're too much, missy!" He complained.

I chuckled as he showed his grumpy face. "Let's drink more." He offered. After a while, I even felt drunker. "Let's go home, I feel drunker than ever," I stated.

"I'll drive you home, let's go." He added. I just nodded as he assisted me to stand up. We then walked outside of the bar, then the coffee shop. "Hey, where do you live? Give me your address." He uttered as he guided me into his car.

"It's in my bag." I forced myself to reply. I heard him enter the car and search in my clutch. "It's just your phone and wallet here, just tell me your address." He said.

"Ugh, so noisy, at least let me sleep," I replied. With that, sleep invaded my system. "Hey, Kerstein, tell me your address, missy!" Raiden called to Kerstein as he shook her. After a few seconds, she was not responding; Raiden thought that she fell asleep?

"Hey, Kerstein!" He repeated, still receiving no response. Raiden thought that he might have gone mad! He just came there to attend Theodore's inauguration as the new Noble Lord, yet he is getting drunk with a girl he just met. "What do you think you're doing Raiden! Theodore will kill me if he finds out about this. I might lose my Knighthood. This is killing me." He said to himself.

"Hey, Kerstein! Where do you live?" He asked again, hoping for an answer, yet she just groaned. "Should I bring her to a hotel? No, that's not right, it's not proper for a girl to sleep in a hotel, this may create issues if people found out that I brought a girl to a hotel." Raiden dislikes issues and rumors most of all. He is sensitive to what people say. With a troubled mind, Raiden drove off to his house. After some time, they arrived at Raiden's house.

It was a house composed of six reception rooms and six bedrooms; it was a big house sitting in a 4-acre lot with a garden, firing range, and a stable. The House of Jin has been living there generations after generations. Raiden was the only one left, which made him the Head of the House of Jin. They were a family of Knight and has sworn loyalty to the empire. His Father's last will was to live happily with a partner he loves and treasures forever.

He never saw his mother, for she died after giving birth to him, hence why he never had a sibling. He soon tried to wake up Kerstein, who was sleeping like a newborn in his car. "Kerstein, hey." He said as he shook her. Kerstein just groaned; he should never have taken her out if he knew Kerstein was a light drinker. He felt angry when he saw a group of men harassing the woman; he was a rule abider that's why he saved her. "Hey miss!"

He does not understand why he took her out if he was a rule abider; attending the Noble Lord's Inauguration is a duty as a Knight. He just felt that he should save the girl; once she saw Kerstein, she felt the urge to protect her; that urge became deeper when Kerstein told him some of her backgrounds he became interested in the woman; still, he felt bad for the girl.

As they went inside the house, Kerstein spoke. "Are you fine with me, staying in your house?" She mumbled in her sleep, which made Raiden grin.
