Leather furniture and boldly printed carpets. The kitchen was Hannah’s favorite place and consisted of wood countertops and white cupboards, giving it a rustic but clean feeling. 


Dario felt excitement about Hannah becoming a vampire soon. Dario wondered around the Penthouse visiting old memories to help the time go by. 


Friday afternoon after school, Ann made her way to the Compound, wondering if she will find Michael there. She felt slightly relieved when she did. 


“You cleaned up nicely,” Ann noticed Michael’s good looks now that he was dressed, and his hair tied back in a man-bun. ‘Crap, he is going to see that I find him attractive crap! Stop thinking!’ she wills herself to stop admiring him. 


Michael was about the take her arm to drink when she pulled away. 


“What secrets are you hiding? I am starved, let me drink,” he tried again. 


“First tell me if you have information on the Council,” Ann said, feeling her cheeks burning.
