CHAPTER 30

Shukuran came out from the small library that was downstairs. Went to the bar house, left the place and entered the second living room that their father always use to have meeting or entertain his friends and came down to the living room back. Put her hands on her waist, looking at Somia's laptop on the chair with her phone and bag on the table and thinking.

She had been looking for Somia since but she couldn't find her, she had checked the entire room even upstairs but she was not there. None of the maids were around so she didn't see anybody to ask her from.

Shukuran was thinking and looking at Somia's laptop when her mind went to the room under the staircase. She turned back and going to the room, she knocked once as she got there and opened the door. Met Ashar working seriously on the laptop and with a cup of coffee beside him.

"Somia is not here! I have been looking for her!" Ashar faced her as he heard that.

"I left her at the living room! She is not there?" Asked with low voice.

"It's only her laptop, bag and even her phone that are there. I have checked every where, the living room and kitchen, even I have checked upstairs at the living room there may be she is with Dad but she didn't!" Ashar stood up uncontrollably means that she really care about Somia.

"Where can she go to? What did the maids said? And check the surrounding she may be doing something there!"

"I don't see any of the maids, don't know where they gone to. Well! Let me go and check her outside but what can she be doing there without her phone or anything!" She said and left the room. Ashar too followed her.

Somia and the guy were still there looking at each other. The laundry man breathe in and looked at Somia again.

"Talk now! Answer me, should we kidnap him?" Said loudly.

"I know my uncle, he is very a dangerous person and he has connections. What if he know or find out, it's on us everything will later bounce on and in this kind of country that we are it's money we are worshipping. If you kidnap him, call him and asking for hug amount of money. He will had know that it's from me, and my family will be in trouble, because nobody know any of his children as people don't know us. So he----" the guy stopp Somia with loud voice.

"He can never know or think may be it's from you! Kidnapping can come from anybody Okay. Look at me Somia, let do this! There is no other means to collect your inheritance from him!"

"Try and listen to me! My uncle will never give that kind of huge amount as a ransom, otherwise he will try to do something and it will be successful because of the kind of person he was. Now if they get us, they will arrest us for kidnapping and it's an offence under law!" Said with low voice.

"It good! If everything turn other hand to that and him too will be sue for step passing of prosperity. With many evidences we will use to back it up!" Somia gissed.

"And you think that will work in this country with a man that had money and connections, it's only on us that it will bonuses to---"

"What do you want to do! Let me tell you, if your uncle dead today there is no way again to take your property back because nobody know, it's only his wife that knows and do you think she will come out after the death of her husband and say anything. She that doesn't have say now!" Somia breathe in.

"If we will say that anything that will happen during this kidnapping should happened! We are ready to fight it but not in this kind of country. The country where you will heard that someone is above the law, who supposes to above the law! It's we that will loss eventually and that is my fear!"

"Hmm! I understand everything you said but what are you going to do, your father effort should not go in vien like that!"

"I know and I too want to collect it back. How will do it, God will put me through Insha Allah. I will been calling you on any plan I come up with because we will have to do it together but on this kidnapping case, I don't think I can do it!" Said with low voice.

"Okay! I understand, I will be calling so any plan you come up with let me know and I am fully ready to help!"

"Off course I will! Thank you very much, I have some work to do so I have to go back inside now!"

"Okay! I will let you know when I am living!" Somia turned back and leaving the pool side, the guy too followed her.

Shukuran and Ashar just saw a maid that told them were Somia was at the pool side, going there when they saw her and the laundry man coming out and walking beside each other.

"Where have you been? I have been looking for you!" Shukuran said with low voice, Ashar looked at the laundry man and looked at Somia. Thinking of could be between them.

"Am with him, discussing on something. Looking for me hope no problem?" Somia asked and Shukuran looked at him.

"Do you know each other? I have never thought you know each other?" Shukuran said, Ashar was just looking at them.

"He is my friend and nice person, we started talking here!" The laundry man had left.

"I want you to help me to choose a jewelry and that is what I have looking for you for, so on that too come and gist me. How close are you with him, am interested!" Said with smile.

"Not that close oh! Am just a friend to him and his wife! I have see where you have taking it to" Said with smile and going inside. This was when Ashar's mind put at rest and happy back.

Door opened and closed. Two of them entered, Ashar went back to the working room when Somia and Shukuran were going upstairs and going to Shukuran's bedroom.

Sound of the door opened, two of them entered and sound of the door closed. Somia sat down on the chair at the dressing mirror as they entered and Shukuran went to the wardrobe, knelt down and brought out a big box. Opened it and brought out two different bracelet.

"My friend is doing birthday tomorrow and want to have a big party. Her elder sister is a friend to Iqmat too!"

"Wow! So that is where you are planning for!"

"Yes oh! I want you to help me to choose between this two, I want to use this. For them to know that Shukuran has arrived, but your own first!"

"I think you should go for this one!" Holding it and looking at it.

"Really! I want them to know that I have arrived and you think this one will go!"

"You are just looking at it like that! This one that I am holding have weight and expensive than this one. That one in your hand just use to make noise but this one is silent, it's people that know diamond jewellery very well that could know the different that this am holding can never be compared with that one Never!" Shukuran looked at Somia and very surprised with the way she was explaining them.

"You can put two of them on Google and see the different. Comparing that one with this that I am holding, never! They are very different even in price!"

"Really! Let me browse it to see first!" Took their pictures on Google and asking for differences. Somia was still talking and explaining more to her.

"Really! I can't believe this, I always use to look at that diamond jewellery like cheap one!" Said with surprised.

"It's because you don't know diamond jewellery. I know different diamond and gold jewelries with their price!" It was jewelleries that Somia's mother was selling before her uncle collected the shop from her and gave it to one of their extended family to be managing it.

"Do you have someone that is selling jewelries beside?" Asked.

"Let leave that for another day----" Door opened and Ashar entered with a cup of coffee in his hand.

"Am bored downstairs!" Rest his back on the door.

"Thought is work you are doing on the laptop!"Shukuran said.

"I don't feel like working again, just boring when I don't see anybody beside me to be encouraging me!" Somia smile.

"You have been missing your PA right! But for today she will be with me. May be you too should stay here and been adding to it if you can't work alone!" Shukuran said and looking at the jewelleries. Ashar sat down on the bed and facing Somia.

"Somia you are going with me to that party! So how are we going to do it, should I come and pick you at your house or you will come here!"

"You want me to go with you to that party?" Asked with low voice.

"Yes! And please don't say no! I beg you don't say No!" Somia breathe in and Shukuran looked at her.

"Okay!" Said with low voice and Shukuran was very happy.

"I too will attend, so we go and pick Somia at home!" Shukuran faced Ashar as he finished talking.

"What did you just say? The party that I have been forcing you to go since last week but you are refusing. We still discussed it yesterday night, even Iqmat has forced you put you on different conditions but you refused. Saying that you are going not going even that is why Iqmat said that she is not going again! Tell me why this suddenly change?"

"I just changed my mind! And it's normal!" Looking at Somia.

"Why did you change your mind! I want to know because I know how Iqmat tried to force you to go but refused!"

"What is wrong with you! I said am going again. Please choose whatever you want to do and let Somia get back to work!" Laid down on the bed very well and looking at them.

"It will pain Iqmat if she knows that you later attend the party because it's you that discourage her for going!" Said as she was checking the earrings of the jewelry that Somia chooses for her.

"Are you going to tell her?"

"No! Why will I!" Somia was just looking at them.

"So! There won't be away she is be pain!"

"Yourself brother! I don't understand you! I beg Somia, come and help to choose the gown I should wear. I just bought five beautiful gowns so come and help me to choose!" She dragged Somia up and two of them went to the wardrobe side, Checking the clothes, talking and laughing. Ashar was busy looking at Somia and smiling unintentionally.

Iqmat was in the hunt receiving fresh air. Laying on the small bed there, pressing her phone and eating snacks. One of the maids got there with wine and a cup, put them on the table there, poured small inside the cup and closed the wine.

"If you have done with what you are doing, come and give me a massage!" Iqmat said as she was laying down.

"Okay Ma! I will be here shortly!" Said with respect and left. Iqmat stood up, took the wine and laid down back. Few seconds later her phone started ringing and pick it.

"Hello girl! How are you doing?" Iqmat said to Funbi.

"Am good! How far now about Rofeekot's sister's birthday. Should I come to your house and been going together!"

"About that party! I am not going oh Funbi!" Said with low voice.

"Why now? Rofeekot has been expecting us even I just finished talking to her saying that she will be expecting us at her sister's birthday party. So why this suddenly change!"

"It's Ashar that had discouraged me jare! You know that the birthday girl is Shukuran's friend so she too is going. So I said that three of us should go together, me Shukuran and Ashar but Ashar said No that he is not going. I and his sister forced him put him under different conditions but still he refused, so that is what discourage me too jare!"

"Why now! You have to go!" Funbi said with loud voice.

"It's Ashar I want to go with but since he had refused, I have decided to go to spa and from there I will go to his house to spend a weekend with him!"

"You can't do that, this is not the first time Ashar will refuse to go out with you! Girl you have to go!"

"Even the gown that I want to buy to wear to the party, I have called the person to sell it! Ashar has changed my mind!"

"No! You have to go, I am about to leave office now. Am coming to house now, we will go together to buy the cloth and go to the party together!" Funbi said as she was packing her bags.

"Oluwafunbi! Okay oh! I will be expecting you then!"

"It will not good if you don't go! I will be in your place shortly!"

"Okay oh Wala girl!" Said with smile and hanged up. The maid walked closed to her as she finished calling, knelt down on the bed with her and started the massaging.
