His eyes were red, and he was clothed in short sweatpants and a singlet that revealed all his biceps. He closed his eyes tightly and let all his anger, fury, and rage pour into the punching bag. 



It was like the object was responsible for his current predicament. The room was slightly dark, making it impossible to see the figure's face. He heard his father's voice in his head again.
