A Tale of Adventure

In addition to retelling the specific scandal, Leo also got to learn of the tragic end concerning the former magistrate's story. After losing everything he had, instead of seeking a new life or scampering off to parts unknown, the once illustrious official offed himself through a simple suicide only a few days after his disgraced reputation. 


"Roughly more than half the people I surveyed informed me about this specific magistrate. I believe his surname is stated to be 'Macwell'." Leo divulged everything his notes contained, "The rest were simply a collection of muddled accounts pertaining to each of the individual worker's ill encounters. I personally feel that, for the sake of allocating time in our investigation, these latter stories can be partially ignored for now." 


"What a coincidence," Alex commented, glancing at Judy and Sarah. "Your findings are exactly identical to ours."
