-chapter twenty Two-

"Luckily only this bedroom is messy." Fyn Sly said the moment in stepped into the room. then he continues "I will be downstairs if you need anything." after saying that he walked out of the room.

The moment Stella entered the room she was shocked by what she saw, everything were turned upside down. 'This cannot be called a bedroom' she thought as she looks around. she was confused, she didn't know if it was really this messy or if he did it by himself, to give her more work. 'I wonder what evil I did in my past life to be able to meet such a man' she thought to herself. She looked around the room once more before she starts placing things in order.

At the same time, at Dawn's apartment, Scott sat on a couch looking dejected, he was thinking of the possibilities that Alex would accept him. He wouldn't have been feeling this hurt if he hadn't seen the pictures Fyn May posted. His younger sister always had a crush on Alex which was no longer a secret to anyone, she had pursued him and confessed in many occasions which were turned down by Alex.

Most times he was jealous of his sister, she was so open about her feelings, and even after been rejected she still didn't give up.

He wished he had the courage to confess his feelings.

Dawn sat at a corner watching him, it pains her to see how dejected and frustrated he looks.

She had a crush and liked him since the first day she saw him, it was love at first sight, she became friends with him hoping one day he would like her.

After many years she found out that he was in love with Alex.

She told him many reasons why it wouldn't work between him and Alex, and the possibility of him not being gay, but the only reply she gets was 'You wouldn't know if you don't try'.

She wanted him to see her as a woman rather that a friend, to look at her the same way he looks at Alex. But it was just her wishful thinking.

"I think both of them are going out." Dawn finally said to Scott whose eyes were on his phone looking at the pictures of Alex and May.

He snapped out of his thoughts, he stared at her angrily, "And how do you know that?" he questioned.

"Can't you see the way they held each other?" she asked back.

"And so, it doesn't mean anything. I asked May and she said she just happened to bump into Alex at a program, and asked for a picture with him." Scott retorted and continued " And besides, I don't think Alex is interested in her since as he didn't show any of that sorts."

Dawn wasn't happy when she heard this, apart from her having feelings for him and not wanting him to be with Alex, she also didn't want him to be too hopeful now and hurt when it didn't work out. Seeing him in pain puts her in pain.
