Luna started rehearsing for their number on one of the music show that invited them. They have an upcoming comeback with the song that Mia gave to Max. This is some kind of an advance promotional.
After their run on the stage. Terrence went to his PA as shoot as he heard the word 'break' it is as if he was waiting for a response on his smart phone.
Argon and Max met each other's eyes then Argon approached Max.
"I think there will be a change on your comeback" Argon started conversing with Max regarding the published articles. "You need to get in touch with Mia regarding her stand in this matter. The reporters heard it directly from her" Argon is being serious right now. He is really deeply troubled with the situation.
The usual Argon just shrugs off any issues that Luna are involved in. but right now, it's quite the opposite to think that he opened up the topic first.
"She already sent me her reply. She said that she'll release a statement after she sign a contract with the TV Station of her choice… she's going there as we speak" Max assured Argon that Mia already knows what she is doing then he turned his back on Argon
"Please go easy on Terrence…" Argon said with all concern. Max could only nod at the request of his older brother, they might not be blood related but they have known each other since they are kids.
'I'm sorry but I also have my limits brother, I have given him enough chances to clear his mistakes' He just smiled again at Argon and joined the others.
"Let's start with the actual taping!" the assistant director of the music show started announcing the sequence of performance
Terrence is still out of it during the briefing gave by the Assistant Director, Max approached him and added a little fire to his current thoughts.
"Mia's still not coming back to us. She said that she will be releasing her official statement on the matters. She's signing with Starlight Studios" A partial lie.
'She really hates me to the point that she's signing with starlight.' Terrence thought while clenching his fist.
"She can do want she want it will not hinder my intentions with her" He said to Max with all convictions
"Can you also sign with Starlight? Our contract with Viewbay is done. We plan to move agency" Max is currently having fun teasing Terrence, he knows that he is taking this seriously.
For the past 4 years of Mia's so called disappearance in the public eye, Starlight have been very vocal with their desire to get Luna as one of their artist. Mia didn't directly answered Max which agency she will sign with or will she ever sign with one or just get back to work at HGN Network, a national TV Network.
"I called you because of this "Still laughing like a mad man, Patrick Fraust, President and CEO of Starlight had been in the cloud 9 since he received a text message from Mia Lee confirming her plans to sign with them. The one he called is his lawyer.
"I need you to draft a very convincing and flattering contract with Mia Lee. It is fine to give in to all of her demands and for us to suffer from lost. As long as we get her to sign with us for a minimum of 7 years in contract" Mr. Fraust have been pursuing Mia personally for the past 4 years since her hiatus with Viewbay.
He knows Mia's work ethics to the point that he's fine with an initial lost. The return will be better as time goes as long as we can keep her in their company.
"Is it really fine with these ridiculous terms?" The lawyer since to be very bothered with the very one sided contract
"Yes! For the past 4 years, why do you think that Viewbay didn't even bother to file a lawsuit regarding her termination of contract? Because she deliver her work even though she has issues within their company. I shall gamble with her work ethics. She have a lot of royalties and copyrights" He said full of pride. He tossed his phone on the sofa with Mia's text message open.
'I shall meet you regarding the details of the contract that you have sent me a few weeks ago'
