Chapter 18: Teenage Dreams

Kevin just stayed still upon hearing Madam Hera's condition for their deal. He needs this deal to push through. In just a year they have lost all of their projects they are commissioning for and since Mia announced that she will be a contributor to Starlight, it had cause some of their clients to change their minds.

To tell the truth, they are on the rocks.

He agreed to push thru with Luna's album because he knows they could definitely save them until the end of the year, but this deal with Madam Hera will definitely save them and get back on their feet.

'That old man wouldn't stay still if I agree into this' Kevin is still hesitating.

Argon can see that, He is very much aware of the company's situation, and he knows that this deal will be a great help. He looked at these idiots, as they remained quiet. They know it is not something they should interfere with.

"We have to ask Mia first, Madam, it is true that she is still in contract with us but only as contributor and producer, We have terminated her contract as our artist 4 years ago" a lie, Argon knows that his brother needs time to decide on this matter.

Kevin just looked at him and quietly thanked him. Let's just hope that Madam Hera will heed to their request.

"You can call her now. I am willing to wait but I need your answers now. As you see, Movement is reaching its 50th anniversary and we need to rush on preparing for the launch." sternly, Madam Hera is pushing them to decide right here right now.

"Luna is our first choice but not the only one, so I need you to decide Kevin"

Kevin kept his silence and Argon tried to call Mia.

"Seeing that these four active member of Luna is present, can I ask your stand on these matter? Do you want to work with Mia as a group or are you against with these?" Madam Hera then turned her attention to the four.

The four of them just looked at each other and just nodded.

"As the eldest, we don't have any disagreement with your condition Madam" and the other three just second the motion giving more pressure to Kevin who is still not saying anything.

"She shall be here in 15 minutes" Argon got off the phone and informed everyone of Mia's response. He decided to have Mia present at this meeting and decide for herself.

"Then we should wait for her" Madam Hera then stood up "I shall excuse myself for a while, Let's continue this conversation once Mia is here" then she left the conference room.

Also Luna excused their selves and decided to get some coffee in the nearby café while waiting for Mia.

Leaving Argon and Kevin alone in the room.

"You need these deal Kevin, more than anything else. I can make the decision for them as their manager if you want" Argon sat down next to Kevin.

"I know that you can, but this is not an easy thing to decide on, you know the situation Argon." Kevin can only sigh at the matter at hand.

"Well as of this moment, it is not for you to decide anymore, once Mia arrives, it will be hers and you won't be able to do anything about it" It's true with the excuse that Argon gave to Madam Hera earlier, he definitely pushed the final decision to Mia.

"You should start thinking about what you have and the people around you brother, we have lost so much and you keep on losing everything" Argon then also stood up and left Kevin all alone.

"So you already knew that Madam Hera is interested on Mia?" Faux, shocked, asked Terrence.

They are currently at Movement's lobby having their coffee while waiting for Mia.

"I had a photo shoot with them a few days ago and Madam Hera asked me if Mia is really working again with us. I just told her the truth, I didn't know about this Brand Ambassador deal" Terrence can feel something odd given the current situation.

He has no idea what is going on.

"But it going to be really cool if ever we become the brand ambassador for Movement, it is one of our dream back in high school remember?" Ian is really amazed they only talked about these before, being a brand ambassador for this brand.

Max is also still in awe, 'Did you do this too?' he thought to himself.

As a group they are already proud when Terrence got casted as one of their sports line model. But this is on a different level. They just hope that Kevin will accept the deal.

It is Mia's lunch break when she received Argon's call, she just decide to go there on her own. She is also a fan Movement since they were teenagers so this is really a big deal with her.

As soon as she was permitted to go, she rode her motorbike to Movement to get there as soon as possible.

She is able to reach Movement within 10 minutes, she hurriedly entered the building and was greeted by her 4 idiot friends "Let's go!" and they stand up and they went up together.

"Alright! We are finally doing this" Max said that hyped everyone. They look like a bunch of teenagers that are pushing thru their dreams.

"It is nice to see your genuine smiles again" Madam Hera watches them from the back. She is glad that she listened to Argon and pushes with this deal.

With Mia with them, Luna had led the negotiation with Madam Hera. Luna as a whole agreed that they would do this project with Movement.

They are all waiting for Kevin's decision. Despite their rebellious attitude, Luna does know how to respect their boundaries.

"It is a deal then, I am looking forward with this relationship of ours" Kevin stated in defeat. He'll just face the consequences once it happens.

"Okay then! This is a very good news also to our company, I am looking forward to this" Madam Hera then called her secretary regarding the contract that she previously ask her lawyer to draft. She is really looking forward on closing this deal today.

"Don't worry Kevin, Movement got your back, no matter what," She said to Kevin with all sincerity.

With the conversation that she had with Argon in the past two days, she is well aware of the situation that Viewbay is currently in and she wanted to help, hey have been in a good relationship with Viewbay since they casted Terrence as one of their models, he also proved his worth by raising their sales too.

"We shall take our leave now Madam… Thank you so much for this opportunity" Kevin offered a handshake to Madam Hera as a sign of their newly established relationship.

They all bowed their heads and leave the conference room.
