Chapter 27: Blackmail

Terrence had finally got better, after many Advil and Gatorade he drank; his temperature is now back to normal.

He is currently cooking their dinner when Argon had finally decided to show up after 3 days, he was all smiles when he entered the room and even brought some chicken and beer for them to share.

"You guys have a 2 days vacation, you can spend it how ever you want, after that you guys are recording that final song that you requested with Mia, then we just have to wait for the final mixing while you guys shoot for the album jackets, so I suggest that you spend your last vacation to the fullest" Argon stated in one breath.

With the album release coming up, they still have a lot of things they need to prepare, in the album they have some upbeat songs that they need to do a choreography that also include their title track that they will showcase on their comeback.

Plus the photo shoot and the music video shoot, "busy" is going to be an understatement.

"Let's go to the sea!" Faux suggested "Like the old times, let's take the van camp on the seaside, I'm gonna ask Ysa and Mia to join us" then he went and look for his phone.

"Yes! The sea! It's been so long!" Max is like a kid that was given a lot of toys.

Back then; the 6 of them always do this, going to the sea every weekend or whenever they got time. The last time that they were able to go was 6 years ago, before they debut as an idol group.

Since then, they have to be careful of where they go and whom they are with.

Terrence was once been a victim of paparazzi following him leading to his false relationship with Donna Smith. The truth about was never been released to the public.

That day, he was together with Mia, they were dong some shopping for their dorm when Donna suddenly clings to him saying that he as being followed by some stalker and she needs his help.

His name and Donna's was on the front page of the tabloids the very next day. He was called into Kevin's office,

When he entered the room, Donna was already they're sitting like she hadn't done anything wrong.

'I should have listened to Max when he said that this girl is a bitch' he is more than willing to face the consequence of this scandal no matter what.

"What happened to this?" Kevin then threw the copy of the tabloid in front of him. He can understand his anger; it is really frustrating to be in a scandal.

"It's her fault, Mia and I were doing some shopping yesterday when she suddenly showed up saying that she was being followed by some stalkers. I didn't know that it was a setup" Terrence can see the situation as it is. He knows that something is not right. Nothing here is a coincidence.

"No! I am telling you the truth, Babe please let's just be honest with our relationship, I hate seeing you with another girl, we love each other!" indeed this girl is crazy, Terrence can only shake his head in disbelief.

"What the hell are you talking about? Who's in a relationship with you" Never in his wildest dreams he sees himself have another girl by his side aside from Mia.

"You may now go Donna" then she stood up and went near me and whisper "I told you I'm gonna get you by hook or by crook" He didn't thought that girl would be capable of such schemes and at this time who would believe that this is true. It was just one photo.

Donna, then went out of the office leaving him and Kevin, who is obviously furious.

"How are you going to make this up" he can't understand why Kevin is acting this way.

It was a simple problem with a simple solution.

"I can just say the truth, we have no relationship" and it is the truth, nothing more nothing less.

"And this photo? You're lucky that this wasn't the photo on the front page or else" it was a photo of a man and Donna's making out at club.

He never went to a club.

"That's not me," Terrence said with full confidence.

"Yes you can say that it is not you but once this goes public, they wont even belief what word will come out of you."

That statement made Terrence's eyebrows to rise. 'What the hell?'

"What are you doing Kevin?" Kevin just ignored Terrence's question and went on

"Tomorrow morning we will release an official statement that you and Donna are going out, both of you will act as couple on official events"

Then it popped out into Terrence mind

"You bastard, can't you play fair?" he's doing this to keep him away from Mia.

"Clearly we are on the same page"

"No I won't do this bullshit!"

"You have to"

"I don't"

"Or else Constellation will suffer" that made Terrence stop.

It was Mia's childhood dream to create a place where she can freely do her craft. Create music without binds. Where she can help artist that doesn't have the capabilities to do it to flourish.

Now that's below the belt.

"You really know how to play dirty" then Terrence rushed out of Kevin's office all red.
