Chapter 36: Manuscript

"Even I can't say why now, I was out of town when the news broke out that's' why I was forced to wrap up everything and go home" Ysa replied to Ian. "Nobody among us knows what she plans on doing but I think it was also because of the timing" Ysa added.

"Most of us, waited for a long time before realizing that nothing will happen if none of us will do something" Faux kept on looking for Mia when she moved out their residence, it was only that year that he found a lead on where she lives.

In the past 4 years, Mia would show up herself to both Ian and Faux to catch up a little but it was never the other way. Only Max knew where he can find her but never where she lives.

"I was also getting agitated that nothing is happening" Ian started "I can't reason out work anymore, I'm also getting tired of working in the industry" then he faced Ysa, clearly with longing and Max noticed Ian's gaze at Ysa.

"Ehem! You guys can talk about it after we settle this issue" then Max laughed out loud after teasing the two

"You guys should stop wasting time, you don't want to end up like me" Terrence gave them a very serious advise.

"Right. Enough with the sidetrack, Terrence, have you talked again to Kevin regarding this sudden changes?" Faux was getting serious at the moment.

"The last time we talked was the incident in front of Mia's apartment, after disowning Constellation, I walked up to him and confronted him of his decisions but he didn't give me any reasons but I told him that I would just go and beg in front of Mia, then he throw a copy of Mia's Manuscript that he stole from Mia's studio."

"He stole it?" Ian can't believe that Kevin Grant was capable of stealing.

"I don't know how he got it, even I don't know where Mia put that Manuscript" Terrence responded to Ian's question.

"But we know that he is capable of doing anything as long as he keeps Mia away from you" Max clearly knows that this is about Kevin's jealousy to Terrence and Mia's relationship.

"That's why we struck a deal, I stay away and he stay away from Mia, if Mia was to figure out what he have done, He knows that Mia won't stay still. Thus we reached an agreement that I should have not done" but it is too late now for regrets, Terrence can only now do what he can do to repent for his mistakes.

"But Mia figured out everything in the end" Ysa was the one who partially know to what extent Mia really knows. "Her Last Memories was also the reason why she started taking actions again"

Her Last Memories is the manuscript that Mia wrote in college, it was a sentimental piece that she wrote with her grandmother's fading memories, it was now produced and scheduled to shown nationwide on the big screen without even mentioning that it is written by Mia Lee.

"I want to stop it's showing if I can, This isn't right, whatever the reason is, they shouldn't do this" Faux is already at his tipping point, the truth that he knows is just the tip of the ice berg. They have done unimaginable things.

"Mia did the sound design of the film…" Ysa sadly informed them, it is indeed a martyr's act on Mia side but the only thing that she said is that 'I can't do anything about what other want to do, right now, honestly all I want to do is make the film more beautiful and give it justice, maybe it wasn't meant for me to produce and direct it myself'

Mia's statement made everybody to contemplate, her selflessness is beyond annoying and at the same time it is remarkable, even among them it is only her that could put aside herself for a greater cause in front of her.

"So what do we do now?" Ian wanted to know what will be their next step "If you ask me, nothing is hindering us aside from our contracts at Viewbay not unless no one wants to give up our fame and popularity" and that is exactly what he want to do.

This talk of this among them have proved how they were played by those who are in power and in position. What's worse is that they let them do it. Making someone from their group suffer the most. Even sacrificing the most important thing for them.

"What Mia wants is for you guys to release an album with Constellation producing it" It was what Mia and Ysa talked about years ago and everyone seems to agree.

"We just have to make that happen no matter what" Max is also determine to make the album they are currently doing.

It was the album that the felt they really did out of passion not just any other album made for sales.

It is an album they could proudly show off and dedicate to their fans.

"Whatever happens, we will start choosing each other again" Faux said and everyone nodded.

"I'm sorry for everything that I have done" Terrence then stood up and bow his head towards the other members.

Ian also stood up and hugged Terrence "All is good man, All is good" then Faux and Max also joined Ian in hugging Terrence.

They all felt light that they have finally cleared all bad air surrounding them all these years and starting a new.

Ysa can finally see them smile that reach their eyes.

"Can't we really do something about Mia's script? I want her to be acknowledge for her work" Ian was really pushing his statements that moment.

"Me too, it was just a lot have been taken from her I think it's time that we return it to her one by one" Faux is really determine this time.

Their resolve was stronger than ever, they have neglected an important person they all considered as family for a long time, they have to do everything they can.

"I'll help you with all I can" Ysa also wanted to join them. Among the five of them she's the one who saw Mia's hardship and agony in the first place.

If they manage to give back the credits of Her Last Memories, then that will be the biggest gift they can give her at this moment.
