The convienience store.

Italy.

It was ten o' clock at night. Li an's mother had asked him to go buy some toilet paper rolls since it was finished and was needed.

Li an Chen; a chinese last year university student who was in his early twenties. he lived with his single mother, his father died of cancer when he was eleven years old. Since then his mother raised him by doing different jobs to provide. He got his full scholarship which helped with his studies. they are living a normal life now.

Li an was a very handsome man, with his soft dark raven hair, sharp eyes, and delicate pink lips. Height of 6'0. Even though he was introverted, he still stood out because of his looks which he got from his father. He was wearing a white T-shirt and comfy black sweatpants.

And now, here is Li an walking on the side walk, on his way to the Local convienience store. with a bit annoyance plastered on his face after all its ten o' clock. who buys toilet paper rolls now? he could've gone tomorrow but no. oh well it is needed though. people can live without food but not toilet paper roll.

After a ten minutes walk from his home, Li an found himself infront of the convienience store. he pushed the door as he walked inside.

"Hey Li an! did you need something?"

The cashier lady knew Li an really well. so she greeted him as he walked inside. he gave her a smile and nodded as he spoke,

"My mom needed toilet paper roll at this late hour, so had to come."

"ah i see, alright go on then." she chuckled as she said.

Li an nodded. After roaming in the isles for a few seconds, he found the tissue paper isle. when he spotted the toilet paper roll he went to grab it but someone beat him to it. when the person took the tissue roll, their fingers brushed with Li an's, it send a spark to his fingers. which was very weird.

'what was that..?' he mumbled quietly under his breath. he then looked at the person. the person was wearing a long hoodie and black jeans. their hood hid their face so Li an couldnt see it. but still he could tell it was a woman by her small and slim figure. but then Li an saw something which left him uncomfortable.

Blood.

The woman had blood around her hands and also on the side of her lips, that were now busted. Li an was about to ask her what happened, but the woman turned on her feet, payed for the tissue then walked out of the store. Li an hesitated at first, but then followed her outside.

he tapped her shoulder twice as she turned around to face him, but her hood still hid her face.

"um..how did you get hurt like that, what happened, may i help you?"

The woman simply replied in a cold tone, "This blood is not mine." after she said, she was turning on her heels to leave but but then she turned half way around to say something, her hood still hiding half of her face as she said,

"By the way, you shouldn't help strangers. You might get hurt."

with that she walked away from there leaving a terrified Li an. that really left him stiff.
