"How dare you?! How dare you plot against me!!!"

Dean roared at Damein as he was cuffed in by the cops.

"You will never! You will never surpass me! Never!!! You will always be beneath me"

Damien ignored him, as one of the cops held him by the hand and led him out, with Cass following closely behind.

As the other cop was escorting Cass, Ms. Clover stood in front, blocking them from advancing any further.

Cass didn't have any hopes anymore, she didn't even care to wonder why she was there, she just looked lifelessly at Ms. Clover.

"Madam?" The cop said, wondering why she stood in front of them.

"A minute please" Ms. Clover told the cop, she looked at Cass and said,

"Effective immediately, Ms. Cassandra Peterson is hereby fired from LM company. Never to resume to work again. Let this serve as a warning to others who would dare slander their co-workers for any reason. Your letter will be forwarded to you in jail." As soon as Ms. Clover said what she had to she immediately left their path and retreated to use the elevator to get away from all these mess.

*Kae* Rose snorted. She got irritated at the way, Ms. Clover was acting righteously.

Cass heard Rose snort and thought that she was mocking her. She was so cut up in her pity party that she almost forgot about Rose, the cause of it all. She hated her, she looked at Rose with murderous eyes...

Rose who was innocent, saw the look that Cass sent to her and she didn't know why she was so mad at her. So she mouthed, "What?" to Cass.

Cass saw her gesture and felt that she even dared mock her so openly. She hated her even more.

Damien saw all this and felt like plucking out Cass's eyes, he didn't know how, but a murderous aura was slowly brooding within him.

When Cass saw Damien's eyes, she fear from the bottom of her heart, she immediately knew that the other time what she saw wasn't an illusion. She bowed her head and didn't dare glare at Rose again till she was out of the building.

The crowd dispersed after Cass was taken out, but not before gossiping amongst themselves.

"That was a once in a lifetime scene"

"Yeah, they were so many twists and turns"

"I knew Rose was the innocent one amongst the two"

"You? I remember you, you were the one who said that how could she do such a thing and that she was a shame to womanhood"

"I didn't say that!"

"You clearly did. No hiding here, we all heard you" Faced with the approval of majority of the staff, he didn't dare continue his argument any longer.

"But I would never had expected that as innocent as Cass looked, she could actually be as cruel as that"

"No one would have expected that"

"Yes, I mean she was bossy and all, but irrespective, she acted like a kind hearted person.... I wouldn't have expected..."

"She so cold-blooded"

"I never really like her, I just pretend to, to get on her good side"

"Would you even have expected that she and Me. Dean would be dating?"

"*snorts* I could have guessed it with the way she was moving and acting untouchable"

"Anyways, I'm happy that she was arrested, when I wanted to talk to Damien, she threatened me"

"Me too"

"Yeah, it's good for her"

The crowd all dispersed to their respective offices.

Damien kept looking towards the door, he was still feeling that murderous feeling within him, when Rose patted his arm.

"Huh?" he looked at her, and wondered what she just said.

"You didn't hear what I said?" Rose pouted.

Damein really didn't hear what Rose said, he was so caught up in his murderous intent.

"What?"

"Humph" Rose cheeks puffed up angrily,

"Why are you staring at her? Are you perhaps thinking that you could have gone easy in her?" Rose looked straight into Damien's eyes as she awaited his response.

"No... infact I'm regretting that I had gone too easy on her. Going to jail is the least type of punishment for a person like her who dared have bad thoughts about you."

Rose was elated, she tried to kept it within herself, but Damien could see hints of smiles on her face.

"Humph... I don't believe you." Rose acted as if she was still vexed, she wanted Damien to appease her.

Damien could see through all these, he sighed,

'What will I do with her? Just have to play along to her wishes'

"Ok, what do you want me to do?" Damien asked.

Rose looked at him, she felt that he wasn't even making any effort to please her.

"You aren't even trying..." Rose pouted.

Damien thought for a minute, and he moved closer to Rose.

1 step, 2 step, 3 step

"Wha... what are you doing?!" Flustered, Rose moved backwards, as Damien's advanced forward.

"Why?" Damien smiled, "Didn't you asked me to be more sincere? that's what I'm trying to do"

"Th... this was not the kind of since...rity I was talkin...g about." Rose stuttered as she moved backwards more.

"Oh... then what kind of sincerity were you talking about?" Damien asked her.

Rose was lost for words, she just kept staring as he moved closer.

The end of the road, finally came for Rose, she looked back only to see a wall... she was trapped and Damien was approaching her.

"Oh, what's wrong? It seems as if you are in need of help" Damien's smile was really stunning that Rose was stunned, she looked around for people who could be watching, she didn't see anyone in sight, she was happy.

"Looks like you learn quickly" Rose said to Damien.

Damien placed his hands beside Rose's head and leaned forward.

"Do you wanna find out if you also learn quickly?"

"No, I... I"

If Rose had observed Damien properly, she would have found out that his ears were already red. It was the first time for Damien acting like this, he was already embarrassed but since he already started, he has to go through with it.

Damien moved closer to Rose to the extent that he could see her beautiful features clearly, her long lashes, her well crafted nose and are cute plump lips...

Rose could feel Damien's breath on her, she closed her eyes, her hands tightly cleched by her side and pluckered up her lips, seemingly expecting something from Damien.

When Damien felt amused by her actions, he looked at her pouted lips and really had the urge to make it swollen, but she's not yet ready for that, neither is this the right place. Damien sighed inwardly.

Rose who is waiting for her kiss felt that Damien was taking too long, she licked her lips a bit and opened it slightly.

When Damien looked at this beautiful sight in front of him, he felt aroused, he immediately swallowed his saliva and controlled himself. Damien really felt like hitting himself, he wanted to tease her but ended up like this.

Damien moved closer and placed a kiss on Rose's forehead.

Rose had been expecting her kiss from Damien. She didn't feel anything from him, she thought,

'Well, he was surely taking his time with it' Her heart kept thumping against her chest, she has never been kissed before. So she was a bit nervous and expectant. But after her waiting, she only felt something soft on her forehead.

She opened her eyes and saw that Damien has already moved backwards.

"What were you expecting something else?" Damien looked at her with a smile on his face, clearly teasing her.

"Nothing!"

Rose knew he was teasing her, she puffed up and said,

"Where's my cool and not talky Damien?! I want him back!" Rose pouted.

This time Damien laughed out loud, "Hahaha"

"But you were the one who chased him away. What to do?" Damien felt for himself that he really has changed, and it was since he met her. He just don't know, he just feels alive when he's with her. Damien looked at Rose lovingly.

Rose who hasn't experienced this side of Damien was been tormented, her heart felt like it was gonna pop out of her chest. His laughter sounded so good, Rose touched her chest and turned away from Damien and walked briskly to his office.

"Where are you going to? You know you can't avoid me" Damien walked after her, with his hands in his pocket, he slowly walked after her.

Rose entered into Damien's office, as Damien was about to do the same, someone called out to him.

"Mr. Damien?"

Damien turned back and saw the CEO's secretary, Ms. Clover.

"How can I help you?" Damien had no patience for people like her, he still remember that she hid herself when Rose was been attacked by Cass. He wasn't finished with her yet. What she tried so desperately to hid, he'll expose it. What she cherishes the most in her life, he'll take it away from her. Anyone who threatens Rose, or hurts her will suffer ten times the amount, he might not have influence, but he'll make sure to deal with people like her in his own way.

"The CEO wants to see you"
