The Engagement

Roy appeared taken aback. He knew he had to be careful with his answer. Either he would be cut off of his position, or he'll be promoted.

"Prince Luka and Lady Hena would definitely make a great couple, milord."

Luka smirked, "Look at you avoiding to answer the question."

"I have served you ever since you were born, Prince Luka," Roy said. "If I were to be honest, Lady Hena looks good with anyone who deserves her love."

"That's right." Luka answered. "The two of us are destined with each other."

"But that doesn't mean that she can't have feelings for anyone." Roy continued, "The heart can't be dictated."

"You're right," Luka said. "We're not the only ones that need to find someone that suits us."

"I'll leave you alone now," Luka said. "Make sure toprepare everything and make sure to be here on time tomorrow. If possible, I want you to inform everyone, the officials, including Natalie to attend as well."

"Sure," Roy replied. "It's my pleasure to do that."
