Meeting Odin

The next day, in Odin's palace in Asgard.

Odin, the king of the gods, sat on a magnificent throne with the Gungnir in his hand, accompanied by Frigga.

Looking at Thor, who was standing below, Odin had a thought. Not only had Thor regained his divine power, he had even become stronger.

He no longer needed the help of Mjölnir to control his divine power freely. This progress was not slow, and even shocked the experienced and knowledgeable Odin.

This was somewhat inconsistent with Odin's prediction of the future. Odin had used his great divine power to predict what would happen in the future, and learned that the dusk of the gods was coming.

Thinking of the Dusk of the Gods, Odin recalled that the flaming giant Surtur, who had once been Odin and his two brothers, had tried to kill in order to prevent the Dusk of the Gods from happening.

However, they discovered that it was impossible to kill Surtur. In order to delay the arrival of the Twilight of the Gods, the three brothers stole the Source of Surtur's power, the Eternal Fire. (It is now stored in Odin's treasure vault.)

In order to buy time for Odin, his other two brothers volunteered to stay behind and cut off the retreat, permanently blocking the road to Musbelheim.

They transferred their power to Odin, giving Odin incredible power. So, in essence, Odin had the power of three God King-level characters.

In the end, the dusk of the gods would fall on Asgard, and it was inevitable, which was why Odin urgently needed Thor to grow up. Because Odin was old and his body couldn't withstand the increasing divine power, and Odin was about to die.

But now, the future had changed in an unpredictable way. Even someone as powerful as Odin couldn't see the future at all. While this shocked Odin, he also had a trace of hope.

"Thor, why have you improved so much?"

The changes in the future had exceeded Odin's expectations. He couldn't help but ask Thor this question. He wanted to know why it had changed Thor's future direction. This also concerned the future fate of the entire Asgard.

"Father, I think it's because of a human from Midgard. When I lost my divine power and lost my mind, he taught me that divine power is not given to me by others, but I was born with it."

"He even showed me how to control divine power. Unfortunately, at that time, I couldn't do what he did. Later, when the Destroyer appeared…"

In the face of his father's question, Thor naturally wouldn't hide it. He told him about Leo's situation, and even told him that Leo could control the divine power of thunder.

'A Midgardian mortal who can control lightning?'

Odin couldn't help but fall into deep thought. This was the first time he had encountered such a situation. However, Odin suddenly remembered that he had felt someone break through his spell in the hammer. This person should be him.

"The person who can ignore my spell and lift Mjölnir should be a righteous person with a high moral character!"

Odin had already regarded Leo, who he had never met, as a righteous person, only because Odin was too confident that no one can ignore his spell.

"It's not too bad to entrust Asgard's future fate to a human with a heart of justice!"

He didn't think that Leohad the strength to surpass him, and while his strength didn't surpass him, he could only be acknowledged by the hammer if he could lift it.

Even the Guardian of Midgard and the Sorcerer Supreme Ancient One cannot surpass them in strength and forcibly lift the hammer. So it is understandable that Odin had such an idea.

However, Odin didn't expect that Leo was able to lift the God Of Thunder's hammer because of his cheat.

"Father, he is now a guest in Asgard. Would you like to meet him?"

Seeing that his father was deep in thought and didn't speak for a long time, Thor couldn't help but ask in a low voice!

"Oh? He's in Asgard now? Did he come here with you on the Bifrost?"

When Odin heard that the human was now in Asgard, he couldn't help but directly release his divine sense, with incomparable power, and invisible divine sense waves swept over the entire Asgard.

Leo didn't sleep last night. Instead, his soul floated out of his body and he practiced on the bed. Needless to say, meditating in Asgard can absorb energy much faster than on Earth.

Now that the third star in his mind was completely lit up, he could instantly travel to the next world if he wanted.

This was the benefit of Leo learning how to control his own energy. He could already control his ability to transmigrate freely, and no longer transmigrated inexplicably.

However, Leo had not finished his business in Asgard, so he was not in a hurry to go to the next world. What's more, Leo doesn't know what the next world is. It's better to be prepared.

Not long after Leo woke up, Volstagg, Hogun, and Fandral, the three warriors of Asgard, came to him. They would take him to drink and eat meat in one moment, and spar with him in the next.

Leo was exhausted both physically and mentally. It wasn't easy for him to get rid of the three of them. He wanted to continue meditating in his room for a while, but just as his soul left his body and he sat down cross-legged to prepare to meditate, he felt a shock and hurriedly returned his soul to his body.

The moment his soul returned to his body, Leo felt an incomparably huge Spiritual Force sweep over him. This force contained the aura of a king, which made it impossible for anyone to think of resisting.

"This aura can only belong to Odin, the King of the Gods!"

Leo was secretly relieved. Fortunately, this aura was just for reconnaissance and didn't contain any attack power.

Leo once again personally felt how powerful Odin was. He was indeed the ruler of the Nine Realms, an existence on the level of a Heavenly Father.

Leo had a hunch that Odin already knew that he was in Asgard. He believed that he would summon him soon.

Sure enough, a few minutes later, a palace guard knocked on Leo's door, saying that the King of Gods, Odin, had invited him, and was very respectful toward him.

Leo didn't refuse, and indicated for the guard to lead the way.

Following the guard to Odin's palace, Leo looked at the mural on the ceiling of the palace. It depicted scenes of Odin fighting in the Nine Realms. However, Leo knew that Odin hid many real things from others, like his elder daughter, Hela…

While Leo was lamenting the magnificence and majesty of the godly palace, they had already arrived at the throne room where Odin was. The guard stopped and gestured for Leo to enter.

"Thank you!"

Leo walked straight in. Although it was his first time meeting Odin, Leo wasn't afraid. He had the confidence to escape before Odin attacked him.

At most, he could directly activate the next time he transmigrated. He really didn't believe that Odin could cross different universes to kill him.

Of course, Leo was more inclined to believe that Odin wouldn't deal with her, or he wouldn't have come to see Odin.

"Greetings to the King of Gods! Greetings to the Queen!"

When Leo arrived at the hall, the first person he saw was Thor, who was smiling foolishly at him.

He then saw Odin and Queen Frigga sitting in the palace. He stepped forward, cupped his fists, and bowed. Leo was more respectful when dealing with experts.
