Ragnarok. Judgement Day. Titanomachy. Apocalypse.

The war that threatened the Universe's destruction got different names in different worlds. Still, the records of it existed in every mortal civilization and in the memory of Gods and Demons who survived to tell the tale.

Unlike mortals who have forgotten the mythical war, Gods and Demons who survived the war still remember the sacrifices of their close ones and the true dangers of the Outer Beings who crawled out from the Abyss to instil Chaos in the whole Void.

But even these mythical beings didn't know how and why, one day, the whole war suddenly stopped with the Abyss sealing its gates in every Universe. Many searched for the reasons, but legends say that those who ventured too far were swallowed by the Void.

After 10 billion years, the age when descendants of the Voids were enjoying their peaceful life, some strange Abyss Gates appeared in multiple places. And as if it was a precursor of a new age, Heroes of different kinds started appearing throughout the Void.

In Universe 10, a Mortal with an unknown helper became the Supreme God.

In Universe 7, a new branch of the Magic System was formed under a disowned scholar of magic who eventually became the new God of Magic.

In Universe 5, an Immortal Princess became the fabled Goddess of War and created the biggest empire in the Void.

As more and more heroes started appearing, the whole Void became a melting pot of changes, with new powers taking over the top swiftly. And amid this Chaos, two beings who could not decide upon the winner in their previous battle started waking up.

The unresolved fight which ended the Ancient War, the Abyss Gates which changed the whole power structure, and the Ancient Gods who went into hiding while sharpening themselves to take revenge against their mortal enemies; finally, after billions of years, all the required chess pieces for the game are ready.

This is the time to, once and for all, fight for the throne of the Void. This is the time to end what was started 14 billion years ago. This is the time to see who will come out on top, Pure Good and Evil or just Chaos.

This is the Final War of Void. This is the Myth of the Lord of the Void, which will be recorded in every fabric of the Void and Abyss for all the Eternity.

Hi there, this notice will be in the middle of volume because of some changes I have to make from now.


If you have read Umbra having 21 members or so I have changed the number to 15 in the places I could find. If you can find any place I missed, please comment on the paragraph.

2. Umbra Number 17 changed to Umbra Number 10: Number 10 Kenshin.


Previous Umbra was too big for the scale I imagined for the first volume; it was covering the whole Dao Universe sos I basically nerfed it.


Now since I am talking about Dao Universe, let me share some details:


1. The current Universe is called as Great Universe/ Grand Universe.


3. Dao Realm is Central Realm in Dao Universe. Dao Universe got its name from Dao Realm because it was the original, other realms appeared after this.


4. There are five realms in the whole Dao Universe called as Upper Realms- Dao Realm (Center), Heaven (North), Demon Realm (South), Eastern Realm, and Western Realm.


5. There are countless Mid-tier realms and Lower Realms under each Upper Realm. 


Great Universe > Something not introduced for now > Dao Universe (a small sector, consider it a cluster of Galaxies) > Upper Realms(Consider them Galaxies) > Mid Tier Realms > Lower Realms


The Solar System of Earth introduced in the Prologue was Lower Realm, which now evolved to Mid Tier Realm. Will it appear again? Maybe.


Arcadia, the land-based on Magic System, was an Upper Realm that got demoted to Mid-Tier due to Invaders. Let's hope that it can become an Upper Realm once again.


Magic System appear only in Upper Realms, but in Dao, Universe Magic System doesn't exist now. But there are some evidences indicating that it existed in a bygone era. So, Dao Universe also got demoted like Arcadia? What are the rules which determine these levels? And what is the use of these levels?


I believe that you all will know the answer to this and many other related questions by the end of this volume.


And for the chapter, I am on it. It will be posted soon.


And also, from now notices like this one, which relates to the story will be posted in between the Volumes as they are important for the understanding of the story. Others will be at Auxilliary volume. 


Reason? Since Auxilliary Update doesn't appear as a notification it will be a pain for the readers and me to not be on the same page for some things I am not able to introduce in between the chapters. It is lore, and lore is important; I want to introduce the most critical parts of lore in the chapter with information dumps, but other parts which I will not include in chapters will be included in these kinds of notices.
