Alice and Tiara

Alice, a young and curious adventurer with long red hair and green eyes, had just arrived in Traugar, a commercial city in the east of the kingdom of Daleas, and went straight to one of the branches of the city's adventurer's guild. It had been months since she had set foot in the city she had abandoned after being rejected by the object of her love.

Alice took a deep breath in front of the guild and, feeling her heart racing with fear and anxiety, she took the first step and entered the building. The place was just as she remembered it. The sweet and sour smell of beer and frying that came from the tavern, the sound of her fellow adventurers discussing anything at the tables while drinking and eating or in front of the board where missions were posted, and the old furniture that complained when someone sat down, stood up, or moved. This brought a smile to Alice's lips, but only until Alice heard a seductive and sexy voice at the same time.

"Alice?" Tiara asked.

Tiara, a gold-ranked adventurer mage, was an incredibly beautiful woman. Her face had a unique and perfect shape, her eyes had a violet-red that stood out in any crowd, and her shoulder-length hair was a darker black than the night that accentuated her snow-white skin. She was also the woman who rejected Alice.

"Is it you?" Tiara asked again.

Alice froze with wide eyes. She didn't know what to do or how to face Tiara so soon. She didn't expect to find the reason for her departure and her pain there, right on her first visit to the guild.

Tiara noticed Alice's reaction and her seductive smile disappeared.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. I just thought I recognized you," Tiara said, trying to fix the situation.

Alice swallowed hard and forced a yellow smile. "No problem, Tiara. I also recognized you," Alice replied, trying to maintain composure.

Tiara seemed to have noticed Alice's tension and decided to change the subject. "Well, what brings you here? Are you looking for a mission?"

Alice nodded, grateful for the change of subject. "Yes, I need to earn money to finance my next adventure."

Tiara smiled. "Great, I have a mission that might interest you. Come with me, and I'll explain it to you."

Alice followed Tiara to the mission board, where Tiara pointed to a mission that involved exploring an ancient ruin in search of a magical artifact. The reward was good, and Alice was excited.

"I accept the mission!" Alice said, excited.

"Great! Then let's get ready. The mission is dangerous, but with our experience, we can handle it," Tiara said, giving a confident smile.

Alice felt more confident too, with the prospect of working with Tiara. Maybe this was her chance to show Tiara that she could be a great adventurer and, who knows, maybe even win her heart.

With a heart full of hope, Alice followed Tiara to the tavern, where they met two other adventurers to complete their team. There was a sturdy red-bearded warrior named Ragnar and an agile and silent thief named Kira.

Tiara introduced Alice to the team, and they immediately began discussing mission details. They reviewed the ruin map, discussed combat strategies, and decided what supplies to take.

Alice was excited to work as a team again. She felt she had a lot to learn from her new teammates and was eager to prove her worth.

The team set out the next day, traveling along narrow trails and steep mountains until they reached the entrance of the ruin. They skillfully and determinedly passed traps and enemies, working as a team to overcome each obstacle.

Alice showed her combat and strategy skills, impressing her teammates with her strength and agility. She even managed to save Ragnar's life in a tough fight.

Throughout the mission, Alice realized that she and Tiara were gradually getting closer again. Tiara seemed impressed with Alice's skills and started treating her with more respect and admiration.

Finally, the team arrived at the treasure they were seeking. They found the magical artifact and successfully retrieved it. With the mission complete, they set off back to Traugar.

On the way back, Alice and Tiara had the opportunity to talk. Tiara confessed that she was impressed with Alice's skills and was happy to have the opportunity to work with her again. She also admitted that she regretted rejecting Alice in the past and would like to try again.

Alice was thrilled to hear these words and realized that her feelings for Tiara were still strong. She agreed to give Tiara a second chance.

At the end of the mission, Alice and Tiara became more than just teammates. They became partners and lovers, and decided to work together on many other exciting missions in the future.

Time passed and they were happy. One day, on a peaceful morning in a house near the fairy lake outside the city walls, Alice woke up and got out of bed, letting the sheets slip off her body. There, beside her, was Tiara, who slept peacefully after a night of passionate love.

Alice looked out the open window and stretched before kissing her wife's delicate face and heading to the bathroom where she sank into the magical bathtub that kept the water pure and warm all the time.

As previously stated, it was a peaceful morning and it had been a few days since Alice and Tiara had returned from a mission in which Alice gained a new scar from falling onto an iron stake.

Alice stroked her wound, which had already been healed thanks to a healing potion, and began to think about what she would have done if Tiara had not insisted on buying something so expensive. Then, as she thought about it, Tiara approached silently like a cat and hugged Alice from behind, kissing her on the neck.

"Good morning, my love," Tiara said, stroking Alice's collarbone. Alice responded with an excited smile and pulled her into the bathtub.

The two stayed together in the bathtub, exchanging caresses and kisses, until they were interrupted by a loud, thunderous noise from outside. Alice jumped out of the bathtub, grabbing her sword and heading to the door to see what was happening.

Upon opening the door, she was met with a chaotic scene. A group of orcs was attacking the house, trying to enter through the door and windows. Alice began to fight, wielding her sword with skill while Tiara conjured fire and ice spells to stop the invaders.

The fight was intense and fierce, but Alice and Tiara managed to defeat the orcs. When the last enemy fell, Alice turned to see if Tiara was okay and was shocked by what she saw. Tiara was lying on the ground, injured and bleeding. Alice knelt beside her, desperate, and tried to heal her with her healing magic, but it wasn't enough.

Tiara looked at Alice with a weak smile on her lips and said, "I love you, Alice. I will always love you." And with those words, she closed her eyes and died in her lover's arms.

Alice stayed there, crying and embracing Tiara's lifeless body, not knowing what to do. She lost the reason for her life and, from that day on, she was never the same. She isolated herself from the world and dedicated herself only to solitary missions, never forgetting the love she had with Tiara.
