The war hero (2)

The two, young guests were enjoying the meal, that woman prepared for them, at their maximum. None of them could remember the last time they had food like that. They eat it all, leaving no leftovers. Dragonhead then went up in happiness.

" I, the captain of the dragons, the war hero, and the God of war declare this restaurant as the best about its food and services."

The old woman eyes were tearing up.

" How much for the food?"

" You have it for free." said the old woman.

" We can't eat for free. And you can't accept silver or gold. So I will give you a soul concentration pill. It will help your heavenly fire to be more powerful and more controllable."

That was a grade four pill Li Tian gave to Li Nushen for the team, before entering a coma seclusion state.

Then, the two of them left in the direction of the capital of the north district. On the way there they saw a lot of hatred but no one dared to attack them or make a move on them.

And only on the second day do they arrive there.

It was not as they had anticipated. That capital was nothing like a capital but more like a big village. When they entered the gate the whole villagers were looking at them. They were angry and had hatred toward that guy who was said to be a God of war.

In the centre of that big village, an old man was waiting for them. He, differently from others, had not any kind of hostility or anger toward Dragonhead.

" Welcome to the north district capital! I'm the king of the north district and we don't need war so we kindly ask for a treaty."

" I'm not here to make war old man. I took from this war what I needed. I come In peace to look for opportunities."

" Then let me and my most powerful soldier show you around." said the old man talking about a guy Dragonhead battled in one of the first battles.

" So you made it here alive?" asked Dragonhead.

" Well, my arm didn't. And I'm here just because you left me alive." said the guy.

" So that's why the two guards let us pass that easily?" asked Dragonhead.

" There is just one guard. The other one died while protecting me from bandits in that gate. But although his body didn't make it, his spirit stod there. Because of you. He wanted to protect the north district, and I'm sure when he saw you he can rest peacefully."

" Let's go now!"- interfered the old man.

The group of people moved together around the city. And everything was in a big fear and despair.

they feared Dragonhead and stood away from him.

Just a child around six gave him a rose. Dragonhead started crying. Everything he wanted was just to achieve the master level on the new martial technique " Earth steps".

But he has killed a lot of sons, a lot of fathers, a lot of brothers. And a little girl gave him a flower.

Why? To symbolise death. Or the new beginning.

He promised to that little girl, silently that he would protect that region that had suffered more from that world than any other region.

( I'm sorry girlie, I will remake this region as good as the best place in this world.)

" So you may have heard that our region is just for producing frontline soldiers or food, or materials for alchemy. And that's how our life goes."

" Old man, do you have beast cores in the north district?"

" Yeah, but they are used from the alchemist and we don't have any use for them."

" Call everyone and tell them that I will buy any beast cores. I will pay for gold and silver ingots. And Dragonwing, you start writing a letter to the emperor. Tell them that I suggest this old man as the next north kingdoms king. Also, the north district is in my protection. Send a letter to the Li sect. Tell them that this region has a lot of alchemy material. Tell them that Li Tian will give them alchemists formulas. But first, they need to buy everything this region produces. Tell them to pass by the restaurant we visited and make it every time destination. I'm being ready to buy the beast cores." said Dragonhead and everyone stood there shocked.

Dragonhead knew Li Tian was watching them and he knew Li Tian was hearing them and so he knew Li Tian felt very of him.
