And so is the unloading of the artifact into the train's cargo car, once you arrive at the station. Two tractors drive over to the trailer and pick the artifact up, carrying it to an open-air car, where they fasten the artifact down with large bolts to prevent it from moving.
It doesn't take them long to finish the loading process, but by the time they do it's almost five in the evening. You glance over at Morgan, who doesn't seem to be too concerned about this arrangement as she goes to look for someone to talk to. She returns to you after a few minutes and says, "There's a cabin on the train where we can rest during the trip, but we'll have to store our suits over there while we're onboard." She points at a train car that's directly in front of the artifact's car. "One of us should rest up first while the other takes first watch. Dibs on the watch, by the way."
You shrug at her desire to take first watch; it doesn't really bother you too much, so the two of you head into the car and exit your suits. There really isn't anyone on the train save for the two of you, since it's piloted by a computer and doesn't require a driver. Hopefully, this part of the trip will be just as uneventful as the first part of your journey here.
You head over to the cabin to get some rest for now.
