The door opens before you can say anything, and Captain Altug walks into the room, her face looking a little grim. She takes a look at you before she says, "Damn, First Private…you look like hell. What happened to you last night?" You sigh and give her a quick recount of what happened. You're certain she's already read your report and that she just wants to hear it from your lips firsthand.

She shakes her head after listening to your story and says, "That is one big screw-up on our part, First Private. We shouldn't have been so lax on that mission, and we lost a good soldier because of that." She shakes her head again and looks sharply at you for a moment, causing you to fidget about nervously. "You look like you could use a break, soldier. When was the last time you took one?" she asks after a while.

You tell her that it was probably about three weeks ago, and she nods. "All right. Here's what you're going to do. Tomorrow, we're shipping you back home on mandatory leave. How's that sound to you?" she asks.
