You ask your teammates if they think they can handle the giant on their own while you try to slow Morgan down, and they look at each other briefly before Balogh says, "That thing is crippled for now, and we've got backup arriving soon . We just have to hold out until they arrive." You nod and head towards her as your team resumes fighting the giant. You're going to need to be stealthy about this so that you don't get noticed along the way.

You head towards the Shadows, doing your best to keep within cover as you make your way to their position, but Morgan notices you. She gestures and sends a ball of darkness that streaks through the air, nearly invisible in the night. You barely see it at the last minute and throw yourself out of the way just before it explodes in midair.

The explosion catches your legs, and you fall to the ground heavily, a strange numbing sensation creeping up you. You glance down and see that parts of your suit's leg armor seem to have been disintegrated by the explosion. Luckily, your legs are still there, and you stagger up just as Morgan reaches you. There's a sense of annoyance coming from her that you're still alive, and she attacks you quickly. You defend yourself the best as you can, but it is hard to do so when your legs are still feeling numb from the explosion.

A burst of gunfire forces Morgan to jump away from you, and you turn around just as Ami rushes past, her two knives flashing in the moonlight as she attacks Morgan. Jax helps you to your feet, his smoking rifle a little as he sets it aside. "You okay, Wendell Dumein?" he asks, and you node before asking about the giant. "Balogh tells us to give you a hand with Morgan after that blast. Let him and Larry deal with the big one on their own," he explains. You nod again, slowly, and Jax asks you, "Let's give Morgan a good welcoming punch, shall we?"
