…nothing else.

"Hasta la vista," he said to you cheerily before hanging up. You allowed yourself another grin when he had hung up. At least there's someone out there who's happy with his life right now, you thought to yourself. After that, you decided to…

…take some time to recuperate from the madness of the situation.

There's a knock on your door, and you're startled by it as you're staring into the mirror after washing your face and reflecting upon what you did over the last week. You grab your pistol and head towards the door, asking who it is. "It's me, your Sergeant," Balogh says, sounding a little amused by your paranoia, and you open the door for him. "You okay in there, kid?" he asks, and you nod, reminding him of how Morgan actually snuck into your room during her infiltration of the base.

"Point taken, but you're getting a bit twitchy. You definitely need a break from this shit, if you ask me," he says, and you nod in agreement. "You got plans for today?" he asks, and you ask him what he had in mind. "The usual, let's go somewhere and get stone drunk with the rest of the team. Builds up morale and improves everyone's relationships," he says enthusiastically. "What do you say?"

You say that you don't have anything to do, and Balogh says, "Great. All the more reason you should come with us. You don't want to be stuck doing nothing the whole day on your break, do you?" You sigh and ask him if you really have an option to do something else. "Nope," he says cheerfully. "You're definitely coming with us to Corasme, whether you want to or not." You sigh again and ask him when you're leaving. "We're leaving in about half an hour. Meet up at the train station, all right?" You nod in agreement and close the door to resume freshening up.

You head over to the base station at the appointed time.
