I'll think of a way to try and clear the people so that I can either slow Morgan down or clear a path for myself.
Thinking quickly, you note that some of the stalls are made of wood and there are several blazing fires at this point, courtesy of the owners showboating their cooking skills. You reach out with your power, enhancing the fire that's currently burning so that they leap out onto the stalls' roofs instead. Of course, you do your best to control the flames as well, so that you don't accidentally cause an inferno. You wait for a while before yelling, "Fire!" This causes everyone to turn and see the flames that are slowly building up.
Most of the people stop moving, while some of them move to put out the fire. Ahead, you see that Morgan is having some trouble as the crowd is pushing against her to take a look at the fire. She turns around and sees you approaching and does her best to move faster. While she gets out before you do, there isn't much of a distance between the two of you now, and you sprint after her as fast as you can. Behind you, it seems that Ami is still stuck in the crowd. You get a message on your phone, telling you to continue chasing after Morgan.
Ahead of you, Morgan glances over her shoulder and sprints some more before darting into an alley. You push yourself as fast as you can and turn into the alley, where you see her scaling a fence topped with barbed wire. You yell at her to stop, but she ignores you and climbs over it, narrowly avoiding the barbs before leaping down onto a pile of old mattresses that are stacked behind the fence. You swear again and glance about the alley, trying to figure out what to do.
