I can sense my own breathing
Heartbeat mad, somehow fleeting
Just like thoughts that had ceased
Even more to again exist
Hands had trembled a while
As I've walked mile by mile
As I've faced all the fears
And had shifted my gears
Pulling through, growing out,
Letting out silent shout,
All that pain, the disdain,
All had washed down by rain
With the new gust of wind
And the breath, passing hind
With the life set anew
It had dawned "yes, I knew"
By the trials and turns
And by pain from those buns
Pushing through with a smile
Resting above that leaf pile
And again reaching out to the sky
Leaves singing in wind and sigh
With my breath once again in my chest
This bamboo shot deserves its rest
