Chapter 30 - Ben showed up
The married couple was laying down in their bed, it was midnight already and they just finished their third movie of the night already. Jayden was in his Grandparent' house since Chahee and Beom - Suk wanted the couple to have their alone time in their new house.
Lauren was laying down at the top of her wife while Jihye was laughing because of the video that she was watching on social media. Lauren was just smiling into it because of the giggles that her wife was letting out. It made her heart happy and contented. She loves her wife so much.
Jihye rubbed her wife's bareback while Lauren hummed and kissed her wife on the cheeks the Korean smiled and peck her lips. Placing her phone on the side table and caressing her wife's cheek.
"You done watching?" She asked while she took Jihye's hand that was caressing her cheek and kissed it
"I am, I miss you that's why I decided to set it aside already" Lauren chuckled and hug her wife tightly. Jihye sigh. She felt complete again, three weeks staying in New Zealand without her wife is something that she doesn't want to happen again.
"So, you probably mention to the girls that your planning to post a picture of Jayden" Lauren mentioned, while she lift her wife's shirt drawing circles on her bare stomach.
"I changed my mind. I don't want to spoil anything as of the moment, I should just post his hands" Lauren laughed "why are you laughing?" jihye pouted
"It's just I found it cute. I saw your Instagram and it's full of Jayden's hair or hands. I love it" Jihye chuckled
"As much as I want my fans to see my boy, I don't want to risk my son's face and life. I still want him safe besides fans are already happy seeing Jayden's hair or hands" Lauren chuckled "but you know when I posted the photo of you and Jayden on my entertainment everyone went wild" Lauren smiled at the thought, Jayden was just a month old at that time. Jihye managed to post it by covering Jayden's face with an emoji and everyone coo at it some funny comments were also dropped by Jihye's fans because of the expensive things that Jayden has. It will always forever be iconic since Lauren was the one buying it.
"Oh, that picture. Yeah, I also love it. It was our first time bringing Jayden into our work. Everyone was so surprised that we bought Jayden. Lucky workers, they saw my baby boy's sweet and cute face" Jihye smiled
"At least they are very trustworthy" Jihye winked causing Lauren to smile at her and gave her a quick kiss "sooo since Jayden is getting older and you promised me that when he turns three" Lauren raised her brow and smiled at her while Jihye was blushing because she was shy
"What about when he turns three?" Lauren teased, she knows it already but she wanted to hear it from her wife. Jihye whined and hid her face in her wife's neck the CEO chuckled and smiled
"Baby, you promised me that we will follow Jayden. We will give her a sibling" Lauren chuckled and peck her wife's lips
"I know, but we have a few more months. Why did you suddenly remember?" The CEO asked
"Well... I wanted to plan things with you already" Lauren smiled knowing that she has some things to say to her wife which is very important and for sure to make to know her more. They were married for one year now and still, Lauren wanted to surprise her wife because of this news. She was very excited about it.
"Alright, but I need to tell you something and show something. Wait here" Jihye nodded and sat up. Turning off the television since no one was watching anymore and for sure they will spend this night talking about the future baby or either way do the things that they do every night. By just thinking of it, she felt giddy about it. It certainly excites her everything when it comes to her family and Lauren of course.
Lauren went into the walk-in closet, getting the album that her Mom gave her a few weeks ago. She closed the walk-in cabinet smiling when Jihye was ready to listen. She hop in their bed again and instantly cuddled in Jihye's arm opening the photo album. It was very old but Lauren is eager to show it to her wife because there's a really e at the end of it.
"So, this photo album is given by my Mom two weeks ago. I remembered when I was still a kid she will usually tell me the stories at every picture" Jihye hummed and Lauren opened the album "I already told you about my father's story and my Mom. You know my Auntie and my Uncle to my Mom's side but there's something I need to tell you about one of them"
"What is it?" Jihye asked curiously while Lauren smiled and turn the photo album at the half of the page
"You see the two girls, carrying me?" She pointed while Jihye nodded "They are twins"
"Wait..I've been looking at this picture at Mommy's house and I wanted to ask why they were so identical and it turns out they are twins" Lauren chuckled while she nodded
"Their names were Aunt Jesy and Aunt Jane. I'm close to them and they live in Texas right now. I usually just talk to them over the phone since they don't like technologies and media but I managed to show Jayden and you to them" Jihye nodded and took the photo album
"So, what's special?" Lauren grinned
"I talked with Mommy when I and Jayden visit her when you were in New Zealand. I asked them if there's a chance that I might have...twins" Jihye's eyes widened and blinked, Lauren, caress her cheek and peck her lips.
"What did Mommy say?" She asked curiously while holding her Wife's hand
"There eighty percent chances and it Gia told me that there are honestly high chances that I might have twins. I was certainly surprised at that moment and I wanted to tell you right after but you know we were so busy"
"Holy shit..we're having some twins soon baby. Twins. We're having two babies. Just by thinking of it. It makes me happy and excited" Lauren smiled "I promise, if Jayden turns three we will wait for two months and we'll make one okay?" Lauren laugh
"Okay, Honey, and I promise. I will give everything to you and do the things that you like for our future baby" Jihye smiled and kiss her head
"I love you so much, Lauren"
"I love you so much more" Lauren hugged her wife tightly not wanting to let her go. They lay in the bed, Lauren was at the top of her wife and kissing her occasionally while Jihye can't stop thinking about the babies.
As promised, they talk about their plans for having the baby. If it is a girl for sure they will inherit Lauren's luxurious look if it is a boy they inherit Jihye's style which will be like Jayden also. The three spare rooms will be their rooms and sooner or later Jihye will already call the interior designer again and go back to the store to buy some things for the baby.
They talk about their plans for the whole night, they certainly don't care about the time since Jayden will be staying in his grandparent's house for three days. They slept at around four in the morning and they cuddled each other until in the morning.
It was already three in the afternoon and the married couple is on their way to Jihye's entertainment since she needs to sign something and right after that they will go straight to Lauren's company to evaluate some trainees and have a meeting with her workers.
Jihye's right hand was in her wife's thigh while her left was in the steering wheel, she was looking at her wife occasionally reading some papers, and sometimes Lauren's hands were at the top of her wife's hand wanting to feel the warmth of it. Jihye couldn't help but smile since a year of being married together is something that she didn't even imagine will happen since it was her long-time crush and she has been chasing her for almost three years and here she is. Happily married and she wanted to thank the lord because she was the one who can make love to her now and then and for sure she will risk everything even her life just for Lauren because she loves her so much and it will never change not now...not ever..and that's how whipped she is.
They arrived at the company and it was just a short time, they also have a little talk with Jihye's boss surprised that they paid for a visit asking them if everything is doing okay and how's Ara doing. Jihye answered honestly and someday soon she'll finally talk with Ara.
It didn't take long for them to leave since Lauren need to be there at exactly four since the trainees training for today will be ending early because of the meeting. Jihye opened the car door for her Lauren giggled again since she's been doing it for years already. Jihye just kissed her lips and went straight inside the company.
They are respectfully greeted by the workers and the new employees instantly escorted Lauren and Jihye to the trainee's room. They have a small talk with the trainees, Jihye telling them that just to stay positive and work harder. Lauren couldn't ask for more since Jihye has been supporting her to the things that she likes, she will certainly cherish this girl forever.
"Honey, We'll buy you both some dinner. We'll buy some chicken and burgers. Any particular flavor you like?" Her wife asked while her hands were in her wife's waist walking straight to the meeting room. Megan and Suzy just arrived and surely the two crackheads friends will buy dinner for their loved ones.
"Hmmm, None. Just get me the things that you'll buy" Jihye smiled and Lauren pecked her lips "Be safe alright? I love you"
"I will, I love you too" Lauren nodded and went inside the meeting room while Jihye went to the elevator to meet up with Megan. She clicked the down arrow and something caught her attention while waiting.
It was near the wall and in the wall, it was a photo of Lauren and a man was standing, the outfit and height were familiar and it send chills to her spine. She walked closer and her body instantly went cold seeing Ben again looking at the picture of her wife. This is her chance to ask if there was another warning, she stood up beside him and breathed heavily.
"Are you gonna say goodbye or there's another warning?" Jihye said whispering
"As much as I want to say that there's no more I can't" Jihye sighed sadly "I can't lie to the both of you, I need to do this because I need to protect the three of you especially my Daughter"
"I understand...what's the Warning?" Jihye asked while gripping her phone and wallet. This was her habit whenever she's nervous and mad but right now this was the important thing, her life was being risks here and Lauren's she will not let anything happen to her wife..because her life will be incomplete. She can't live without her and it will never change.
"Just promise me that you wouldn't leave my daughter to her side from time to time. Protect her, I can't hold anything. I couldn't save her when your best friend was harassing her I wanted to punch Ara but I can't because I remember I was a spirit and I couldn't hold anything. Jihye, you are my daughter's wife, the last warning...it's about her" Jihye closed her eyes...this can't be happening right now
"H-how will it happen?" She asked shakily
"It's you that who could answer, her life will be coming back with grey and sorrow but you are also gonna be the one gaining back the love and happiness that she deserves. I know how patient you are when it comes to her, Jihye" Jihye nodded wanting to know what was the last warning. She couldn't remember anything, the last thing she saw was the accident and she's praying to God that it's not it.
"Here's the thing...Two days ago. While you are spending time with Lauren and my Grandson I saw someone at the back of your house" Jihye doesn't know why but the shivers that she's feeling right now are certainly different like she was so scared and nervous at the same time.
"What about it?" She asked shakily
"Liam was out of Jail..."
"W-what?" Jihye widened her eyes while the grip on her phone and wallet untightened causing the phone and wallet to hit the ground and she was nervous that her hands were already shaking in fear.
'what now..?'
