Queen vs Queen

(A.N.: I am stupid because I forgot about the word Empress)

Why is there a difference between King and Emperor but not their wives?

I can imagine a scenario in a cultivation world where some arrogant young master finds the wife of an emperor beautiful so he tries raping her. The subordinate of the queen says "Don't you dare r*pe the Queen!!" and the young master thinks 'HA! a queen of a kingdom dares oppose him!?' later when he realizes that the queen is a queen of an empire not a kingdom.

I propose that we call the queen of an empire a Queeror which is a fuse between QUEEn and empeROR with the capitalized letters being apart of the fused word.
