Chapter 284: Seeking the Door

Amelia Sanchez was going out for a while, and had told Mrs. Brown to take the day off. Not to do anything or watch TV, and if she had time, she was to keep Mr. Brown company. That would be a big help.

Mrs. Brown had her own plans. If anything went wrong, she would take the responsibility.

She would comply with Amelia's requests.

When Amelia left, Mrs. Brown joined Mr. Brown.

It had been a long time since she had had a conversation with old Mr. Brown. He had a lot to say; Mrs. Brown found it all rather emotional. Having been a daughter-in-law to the Brown family for so many years, she never got a chance to interact with her mother-in-law as she had already passed away when she moved in.
