Eric Brown watched as Albert Brown poured a glass of wine. He wanted to ask if it was alright for him to drink, knowing that Albert had ruined his stomach from drinking. But before Eric could ask, Safe intervened.
Safe said, "The occasion today isn't right. If Big Brother knew that we were drinking in this place instead of chatting idly in the restaurant, who knows what he would say?"
Albert loosened the hand he had extended.
Eric laughed, "So even you have your fears. She's not here, and she's someone else's wife, yet you're so scared that you won't drink just because she said so?"
Albert leaned back in his chair, his eyes cold, "Who said I'm afraid of her?"
"If you're not afraid, then drink and let me see." Eric folded his arms and leaned back in his chair.
Looking at the glass of wine, Albert seemed eager to drink it. Safe hastily said, "Mr. Brown, please don't joke around like this. CEO Brown's stomach isn't good, and he's only just started recovering a bit."
