Tobias Perkins could still remember the last time he came to the sanatorium, to pick up Olivia Taylor.

Back then, it seemed as if Olivia's world was about to collapse.

When he heard that Nancy Talbot was improving, he felt a moment of relief.

At least, the harm done by Luke Perkins did not extend to other members of the Taylor Family.

Because the doctor took into account that they were a couple, they were both accompanied to the special ward. On the way, the doctor gave them further instructions.

"The main idea is to observe the patient's reaction when they encounter familiar people," the doctor explained.

"Stimulation?"

Olivia was a little confused.

Why would seeing family members cause her mother emotional stress?

The doctor explained, "Familiar people and things can stimulate the patient's brain, possibly bringing back traumatic memories, and subsequently causing an emotional breakdown."

Olivia hesitated slightly.
