Since Paladin got away, he didn't have any business here now, and he was out of time anyways. His skill will soon time out and his soul will be called back to his body. Han told Gretha to get out the knife and take them home and she reached behind her to get the knife and cut her palm with it.

Han looked towards the Xian territory and he called back all his Shadow Hunters and the large monster [Devil's plaything]. The amount of damage that they caused is enough to cripple the Xian Race for a few decades at least.
