I Became My Unfortunate Female Lead

The quiet hallways welcomed her as soon as she  exited the school clinic. The classes from the other rooms were still going on while she saw some students walking on the wide pavement. As far as Athasia can recall, they don't have remedial classes today.

She used the stairs going down. Now that she has free time, she can use it to read books. She texted Linlin to meet her in the library after class. Suddenly, Max's laughing face came to her mind once again.

Athasia halted and she covered her face. 'Why the heck am I remembering it? So what if he laughed? It has nothing to do with me at all! It's only normal for a person to laugh or smile!' She scolded herself.

Though she wanted to admit that she wasn't ready to see it. Littleyoonie thought that these lingering feelings were only inside a novel. She wasn't expecting that even her, will feel those butterflies flapping their wings upon seeing the male lead laughed like that.
