"WHY ARE you hiding here?" Xavier asked Quin Davies after he found the wizard sleeping in the garden. Yes, the lazy wizard was sprawled under the tree. "I thought you were going to keep an eye on the Grand Duke so he wouldn't snap at the priest?"

Quin opened one eye. "Then why are you here? I thought you wouldn't leave until Baek Si-a opened her eyes."

"Do you really need me to spell it out for you?"

Quin laughed, then he closed his eye again. "Let the Crown Prince handle the High Priest," he said casually. "As long as the Crown Prince handles the situation well, Yvo won't lose his shit."

"Come here," Quin said, patting the space next to him. "Stay with me."

Xavier smiled, and then he sat next to Quin. "I was waiting for you to say that."
