Lycanroc Class?

Inside the school, Sunny and Fang are in front of the club social about to enter with the other students.

Fang: Homeschool, huh?

Sunny: Yeah!

Fang: That sounds awesome!

Sunny: Uh, not really, but then again it kinda depends on how you go about it. I just honestly wanted to be alone and play my online games. I kind of regret doing that because I don't really have any friends in real life.

Fang: Real life? What does that mean?

Sunny: Well, I do have this one friend that I met online, and I message every now and then. We've been friends for a while, and they're really cool.

Fang: That's cool. Glad your not totally alone.

Sunny: What about you?

Fang: I have one friend that attends this school. He's a sophomore and he's really cool! He dated two girls at one time!

Sunny: Wow, uh, two girls? You think that's cool? He sounds like a total player.

Fang: He is. I mean, I'm girl crazy, but I'm not that girl crazy. I don't think I'd ever be that confident to approach one girl, let alone ask two on a date.

Sunny: Yeah. That sounds like a lot of effort.

Fang: For sure. *Small silence* So, when do you think they're going to let us in?

Teacher: Alright class, it's our turn to head into the gymnasium. You guys are free to mingle and get to know more about the school clubs and meet your upperclassmen until the bell rings.

Pixie: Sir?

Teacher: Yes, Ms. Von Ronsenburg?

Pixie: Once the bell rings, do we head back to homeroom?

Teacher: Ah, great question. When the bell rings, you will all be going to your last class of the day listed on your schedule. Then after that, congratulations! Your first day of highschool will be over.

Sunny: Er, really?

Fang: Wow. That went by fast.

Sunny: E-excuse me sir. What about our other classes?

Teacher: Tomorrow you'll meet your homeroom first, then you'll head to your other classes from there, but for now into the gymnasium you go. Don't worry, the upperclassmen won't bite. Come on.

Sunny: *Chuckles nervously* We're staying together, right?

Fang: Of course! We're Not-Alone Buddies, right? We'll just stay close together. Strength in numbers, you know.

Sunny: *Chuckles* Perfect! Let's go!

The next scene starts in the gym overlooking a sign with streamers hanging from it reading "Welcome Freshmen" in big blue letters. The students are checking out the clubs.

Fang: Wow. There are so many clubs.

Sunny: *Gasps* They have a flower club!

Fang: Oh, your that kind of nerd, huh?

Sunny: *Chuckles* You really know how to flatter a girl, huh?

Fang: *Laughs* I was just joking. I like plants too.

Out of nowhere, a volleyball flies into view, hitting Fang in the face.

Fang is sprawled out on the ground with Sunny by his side.

Sunny: Ah! Fang! Are you okay!?

Fang: *Groans*

Newtwo starts walking over to Fang and Sunny.

Newtwo: Nice catch, dork. You caught the ball with your face! *Laughs*

Sunny: H-hey! That's not very nice of you!

Newtwo: *Laughs* You gotta admit, that looked hilarious.

Sunny: No it didn't! Eh, Fang!

Kai walks into view.

Kai: Newtwo, don't tease the freshman.

Newtwo: Hey, come on, I'm teaching them tough love! I didn't mean any harm in it.

Kai: Tell that to the dude's face.

Fang: *Groans again*

Kai: *Sighs* I'll go get the nurse. *Walks off*

Newtwo: Oh come on, it's just a scratch!

Vaele starts walking over.

Vaele: Newtwo, come on, leave them alone. Not everyone is as tough as you.

Sunny: *Yelps*

Newtwo: Well if it isn't the charming prince.

Vaele: Heh. I have a name, you know.

Newtwo: Tell that to all the freshman girls gawking over you. I swear, they don't even wanna know your name.

Vaele: Jealous?

Newtwo: Hm. I don't really care either way. You're annoying.

Vaele: Don't you have a booth to run?

Newtwo: D'oh crud, that's right! Hey! Little freshman!

Sunny: M-me?

Newtwo: Yeah you. Sorry about your friend there. Stop by the volleyball club's booth if you need someone to hang out with.

Vaele: *Sighs* There's the sweet Newtwo I know.

Newtwo: Shut up pretty boy! Jeez. Oops! My girls need me, see ya.

Newtwo heads off in the direction of the volleyball club booth.

Vaele: Sorry about her. Are you okay?

Sunny: *Chuckles* U-uh I-I'm fine.

Vaele: You sure? You're drooling.

Sunny: Dah!

Vaele: *laughs*

Sunny: *Chuckles* I-I'm perfectly fine. Uh-uh b-but Fang! That's right!

Fang: *Sits up* Uh-uhhh. Wh-what happened?

Sunny: Fang, you're okay!

Vaele: Looks like you guys are fine here. I need to walk around see if I need to help out the other freshmen. Don't be afraid to come and ask me for help if you get lost or overwhelmed.

Sunny: *Stutters* S-sure!

Vaele: Have fun! *Walks away*

Sunny eyes Vaele from afar, sighing.

Fang: Who's the dreamboat you're drooling over?

Sunny: Eh... What? *Nervous laugh* I'm not drooling. Wait... why are we talking about that? Fang, are you okay?

Fang: Yeah, I'm fine. I just feel like I got hit by a truck.

Sunny: Aw, I'm so sorry. It must've been so embarrassing for you.

Fang: Normally it would have been embarrassing, yeah... But I had someone here who cared about me.

Sunny: *Sighs*

Fang: So... Thanks for that.

Sunny: *Nervous laugh* I didn't really do anything.

Fang: I didn't feel alone, and that's enough for me.

Sunny: N-mm. You're too sweet. Haha!

Fang: Ha. Well, come on! Let's go check out all of the clubs.

Sunny: Yeah! Let's do it!

Camera shows all of the clubs, then goes to Sunny's first person view looking at the Flower Club.

Sunny: Wow, there's so many clubs! Uh, are there any that catch your interest?

Fang: Well, I'm kinda interested in theater.

Sunny: Uh— Really?!

Fang: Y-yeah. It's going to sound cliche, but I've always kinda wanted to be Romeo in Romeo and Juliet.

Sunny: Uh— heheh! Wow, wanna be a dreamboat, I see. Hmm?

Fang: N-no, I-I just think it would be cool.

Sunny: Haha! Uh-huh. Right. Then maybe, why don't you go talk to them?

Fang: W-will you be there behind me?

Sunny: Ha, I mean, I got your back! So come on, let's go! *She starts walking and looking around* Umm, it looks like it's... Tight, uh, do you think that they have a theater club? Um, let's see... Oh! Right here! There we go! Uh, are you sure that you want to talk to them alone?

Fang: I'm not alone. I have you to come and save me if I become a nervous wreck, right?

Sunny: Hehm! Right. Absolutely. Signal me if you need me to come swoop in and save you, okay?

Fang: Sounds like a plan.

Sunny: You got this, Fang. You can do it!

Fang: I got this!

Sunny: Hehm! *Sees Fang walks over to the booth* *Sighs* He'll do fine.

Fang: *talking to the person at the Theater booth* Hi, my name i-is Fang.

Sunny: Hehe! *Hears a text being sent to her* Huh?

FC: "Hey, how's your first day of high school going?"

Shu: "Well, I mean, I'm not dead yet LOL"

Sunny: *Types "I'm really nerous"* That's not how you spell nervous. I'm so nervous, I can't spell it.

Shu: "I'm really nervous still"

Sunny: Hmm, I mean, yeah. I have Fang and everything, but—

FC: "Nervous? You? Come on! If you talk to people the way you talk to me, you should be the most popular girl in school by now"

Sunny: Ahahahaha!

Shu: "Pfft! I mean, this is real life we're talking about here"

Sunny: I mean, seriously! *Sighs* It's harder to talk to people in person than it is in— Huh.

Shu: "How is your first day going?"

Sunny: Hmm. I wonder what they're up to. Hmm.

FC: "Meh. It's going. Shouldn't you get off the phone and get back to class or whatever"

Sunny: Heh, what?!

Shu: "LOL LOOK WHO'S TALKING!"

Sunny: I mean, seriously! I mean— *Sees Celest* Uh!

Celest: Hey cutie. You know it's against the rules to text during class hours.

Sunny: *Makes weird nervous sound*

Celest: But since you're new and this really isn't a class, I'll let it slide. *Winks*

Sunny: Hehe! *Makes a weird nervous sound* Oh, ok, um, *Clears throat*

Celest: Looks like you're still jumpy, huh. Even after you made a friend over there? *Looks at Fang*

Sunny: Uh— Er— Yes.

Celest: Aww, well, cheer up! You're doing better than I did on my first day. When I was a freshman, I didn't make one friend until my second week!

Sunny: Uh— We're not really friends, though. We're like, not-alone buddies.

Celest: Aww! Haha! That's too cute!

Sunny: *Makes a weird nervous sound*

Celest: Oh, I'm so sorry, I wasn't laughing at you. Ugh, sorry, that came off bad.

Sunny: Mmm— I-it's ok. I'm just nervous because you seem so cool and confident.

Celest: Awwh, you flatter me too much. Hmm, what clubs have you talked to?

Sunny: *Gulps* None yet. I've been picking up the brochures and I'm kind of nervous to talk to the clubs directly. Heh.

Celest: No problem, cutie. Now, I gotta get to the volleyball booth before captain Newtwo reems me for "slackin' off". You and your little friend over there, take care, ok?

Sunny: M— Yeah, thanks! Um, *Exhales* Wow, she's awesome. Heheh.

Fang: *Coming back to Aphmau from the booth* Sunny! I did it!

Sunny: You joined the theater club?!

Fang: NO! But I kinda almost talked to them!

Sunny: *Laughs* Fang, you should have called me over! He— *Bell rings* Oh.

Fang: That's the bell. What's the last class on your schedule?

Sunny: It's something called LYCR 107? Huh.

Fang: Weird. Never heard of it. I got BIO 101. Ugh.

Sunny: Heh. So I guess I'll see you around, then?

Fang: Yeah. Maybe we'll have another class together?

Sunny: Heh. Maybe? At least we have home room together.

Fang: Right. Good luck, not-alone buddy!

Sunny: Heh. Same to you, Fang. Let's go! Before this place starts to empty out.

Sunny was walking down the hallway.

Sunny: *Gasps* Here's my class. *Pants* I made it in time. Oh, my gosh, I have plenty of time to spare.

Stranger (Balto): What did you just say?!

Sunny walks into the room.

Stranger (FireStone): Buzz off.

Sunny: Huh? W-what's going on here?

Stranger (random Lycanroc): Some new kid decided to get on Balto's bad side. He's going to have a bad time. Balto is gonna rip him apart if he keeps this up.

Sunny: H-huh? What? Wait, a fight? We're not just going to let this happen, are we? Shouldn't we do something, like go get a teacher?

Lycanroc: Nah. It's better if we just stay out of it. First day back to school, Balto's been itching for a fight. Last kid that got in his way was in the hospital for weeks.

Sunny: *Weird nervous noise* That's awful!

Lycanroc: You don't get to be Alpha of the pack by playing nice.

Sunny: Uh—

Balto: That's my seat!

FireStone: There aren't assigned seats. Just go find another one.

Balto: Uh— DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHO I AM?!

FireStone: Yeah, you're annoying.

Balto: IS THAT SUPPOSED TO BE FUNNY?

FireStone: Kinda.

Balto: OH THIS IS PERFECT! YOU HAVE A DEATH WISH TODAY DON'T YOU?!

Sunny: U-uh Hey! Uh, You, um, y-you need to stop, because... if you don't, I'll go get a teacher!

Balto: Ha! Little Snivy intends on telling on me? You've got some backbone.

Sunny: I-I just don't want anyone to get hurt.

Balto: Hahaha. You're in the wrong class so leave if you don't want to get hurt.

Sunny: Uh— Um, well, I just—

FireStone: Isn't your fight with me?

Sunny: Huh?

Balto: Don't worry, I'll get to you in a minute.

FireStone: *Grabs Balto and throws him out the window*

Sunny: AH! What the heck did you do? Are you crazy?!

FireStone: He's a Lycanroc.

Teacher: *Walking in* Looks like Lycanroc class is off to a great start this year. Haha. Hello class. First day and we're already throwing each other out the window, huh, hahah. *Clears throat* I know that tempers can run high in these classes but, the principal informed me that the school had to cut back on their window repair budget, so, we need to try our best to cut back on this type of behavior, alright?

Sunny: Are you kidding me?! T-this is normal?!

Teacher: Ok, let's get started, shall we? Welcome everyone to Lycanroc 107- Intro to basic transformation. Now, I know that some of you already know how to transform, but I'm here to explain.

Sunny: Uh, excuse me!

Teacher: Uh— yes?

Sunny: I-I think there's been a mix-up. I-I don't think I'm supposed to be here?

Teacher: Huh, really? Well, let's take a look at your schedule.

Sunny: Ok, here it is.

Teacher: Hmm, no, it says right here. You're in the right class.

Sunny: B-but, that's impossible! I'm not a—

FireStone: I'm not supposed to be here either.

Teacher: What's that?

FireStone: I'm not a Lycanroc!

Teacher: Well, according to this schedule, you are. Go talk to registration tomorrow if you need to be transferred, but for now, you're in my class. Now, everyone partner up with a seat buddy. We have an even number of students, so anyone who doesn't get partners gets thrown out the window. Hahaha! I'm just kidding— kind of.

Sunny: (Are you serious! I have to sit next to this guy? Ugh, well, everyone is already paired up, so I don't really have a choice. Mmmm...) *She sits next to Aaron*

FireStone: Rgh.

Sunny: (Umm... he's really scary! Should I say something to him? Wait, remember, don't overthink this. You didn't do that with Travis and you made a friend, so... here goes nothing) H-hey. It's nice to meet you! My name is Sun—

FireStone: Next time there's a fight, why don't you try to stay out of other people's business?

Sunny: I-I'm sorry, I just— I didn't want to see anyone get hurt.

FireStone: Ugh, whatever.

Sunny: *Sighs* (This guy is such a jerk. I-I was only trying to help.)

Vaele and other student come over to broken window and inspect the damage. Vaele's eye sparkles at Sunny.

Sunny: (Eh! Did he smile at me?!)

Teacher: Hey, freshman!

Sunny: Y-yes!

Teacher: Pay attention!

Timeskip to Sunny's house, Sunny was eating soup while Stella was talking to her.

Stella So, was your first day of school as terrible as you thought?

Sunny: Heh, you know what? It was actually really nice..
