Level 5 is the Semi-Law stage; a trait would only be called Law-Level once it reaches Level 6.

They summon a barrier that crosses space, let their own World provide energy to it, and massacre or brainwash the inhabitants of the Planet/s. Due to the Zerg Race being a new race, the Zerg World wasn't able to set up countermeasures immediately. They did so when it was too late.
This is the reason why Lugh felt his mind exploding right now. He's the only one, no, one of the two that knows just how terrifying they are. Based on the records that Lugh had read, there's at least 30 to 40 Known Worlds that fell due to the Zerg Race.
'Red should know of them too. This should be the calamity that he faced in his past life.'

With a thought, the nanomachines wrapped her and transformed into an Armor.

Before they left this room, lugh thought of the future of his World. It's looking nothing but bleak right now.

He recalled the nemesis of the World in his past life. The ones that he fought against as a High Ranked Deity-Realm Combatant, yet he failed.
"The Zergs."
Resilient, Countless numbers, friends that turns into their enemies due to the Doppelgangers.. There are so many things that made them terrifying that Red could fill up an entire blackboard and not even list the end of it.
"The fall of the World that they're against with. That signals the fall of this World."
If Red had the ability, he wanted to go to that Other World right now. Not only would he try to save it, he would also bring back their important techniques to this World.
When a fragment of that fallen World flew over this World, Red found it. There' he saw a completely different power system compared to what he knew of. The fusion of many Power Systems.
Red's two-realm enhancing technique came from that place too. It was a technique of a renown Deity-Realm Combatant in the Fallen World.
