Chapter 2 Amazon Lily

In half an hour or so, the marine warship was docked at the port of amazon lily. Just as the marine soldiers were about to leave the ship, a dozen Haki-coated arrows fell on the ground in front of them.

"Stop! You are not allowed to enter Amazon Lily."

A loud shout sounded as a dozen women wearing bikinis and holding bows were seen running towards the port where the marine warship was docked at.

The leader seemed to be a beautiful blond woman, she had a serious expression and so did the rest of the women there.

Yumi stepped forward and lazily said, "Call Boa Hancock here. She is required by the world government to participate in the upcoming battle with whitebeard."

When the Kuja women except for the blond heard Yumi's words, they are angry. Saying their empress's name directly without any honorifics is disrespectful.

The blond woman held the bow and coated the arrow with Haki, seemingly ready to fire a shot. But the next word of Yumi completely stopped her action.

"I am Admiral Yumi of the marines. If you shoot that arrow, it means going to war with the marines."

The rest of the Kuja women behind the blond had an ugly face, they almost attacked an admiral! The consequences for attacking an admiral would be a disaster to Amazon lily.

They very well know how strong an admiral is, it is the strongest individual force in the marines, capable of overturning even big countries, much less a small island like theirs.

Although very skeptical at the claim of being an admiral, the blond woman still put down her bow and apologized, "I'm sorry, Admiral Sir."

Yumi nodded and repeated, "Call your empress, she needs to accept the world government's call, or else you know what the consequences of offending the world government, right?"

The blond nodded and went ahead to inform Boa Hancock on the situation. An admiral coming means that the world government is serious about this.

If they still do as they did before then the island might be gone.

After a dozen minutes, the figure of a tall woman with kingdom-toppling beauty appeared, followed by a long white snake and the blond woman from a while ago.

The tall woman raised her head proudly said arrogantly, "I am Boa Hancock, the empress of amazon lily."

Yumi looked at the woman with boredom, "The world government calls you to aid the marines, do you accept or not?"

"I am very sick today; I have high fever and my body is weak. Being this sick, I need to rest for two months before I can recover, so I can't participate in the upcoming war.", said Hancock.

She had a pitiful look on her face, making most people, especially men, pity her. As they say, the number one code of being a gentlemen is not making a woman cry.

But Yumi looked unmoved. First she is not a gentlemen and second everything Hancock said is fake, Hancock looked perfectly normal and lying in front of an admiral's face is quite insulting to his/her IQ.

Thinking of what to do, she suddenly remembered what sengoku just said.

[Sengoku: If Boa Hancock doesn't accept the call then you have permission to deprive the warlord status and wipe out the Kuja Pirates. This is the decision of the 5 elders.]

"Boa Hancock. if you don't accept the call then I have permission to sink amazon lily. You either obediently accept the call or have your island sunk to the ground and the Kuja pirates wiped out."

The cold words of Yumi made the Kuja women immediately hostile. The marine soldiers on board held their rifles in ready, the cannons on the ship has turned and faced the Kuja women.

Yumi folded her arms under her modest chest and waited for an answer.

The Kuja women had cold sweat on their forehead before saying, "Even if we die, we Kuja pirates will follow the empress and fight to the end!"

Boa Hancock looked at the Kuja women and felt moved but still had a cold face and told them, "Go back, I'll deal with the admiral by myself."

Seeing the Kuja women hesitating, Sandersonia, the younger sister of Hancock, shouted at them, "You will get in the empress's way, it's better for you guys to leave first!"

The Kuja women followed the order and hurriedly retreated, leaving only Boa Hancock, Sandersonia, and Marigold, the younger sister of Hancock and Sandersonia.

"Did you make your choice already?"

Sandersonia and Marigold both looked at the loli angrily. Reptilian-like scales began showing on their skin, their eyes turned yellow-ish with snake-like pupils, and their normal tongues turned to snake tongues.

They have transformed into their hybrid Zoan form and gained both human and snake-like characteristics.

They held their axe and charged towards Yumi who has already jumped down from the ship and onto the land near the trio.

"Take this!"

Marigold swung her huge axe to the right and Sandersonia swung her equally huge axe to the left, the both made sure that the little loli can't escape from their attack.

The boredom in Yumi's eyes were made apparent as she covered her mouth and let out a yawn, this seemingly small action brought humiliation to the two women.

They clenched their axes and poured all their strength and Haki into their axes, planning to smash this bored loli to death.

Though their thoughts will never come true.

Just as the two axes that carry powerful momentum was a few inches away from Yumi's neck, her two hands moved extremely quickly, catching both axes with two fingers, and immediately stopping their attack without exerting any effort at all.

The two women were in shock, they have eaten the Zoan fruit which is known for giving immense physical strength and they think their Haki is already at a very good level.

In their mind, they would've never thought a child such as the one in front of them could be so terrifying! They thought that they could at least hold an admiral for a while (Totally unrealistic) and if not they at least thought they could survive an admiral's assault.

Reality slapped them in the face.

The strength of an admiral really is unfathomable, it looks like they will never beat an admiral, they have already exhausted their potential, and this is the realm of strength where they stop at.

While the two snake girls were doubting life, Yumi has already started her attack, she appeared in front of the two snake girls and gave a strong and swift blow to their scaly abdomen.

*Puff*

The two snake girls vomited blood and was blown a hundred meters away, directly crashing on the bushes and trees.

Hancock looked shocked at this as she didn't expect that her two sisters were immediately defeated, that is too fast! Like dealing with a rookie.

Her face was still cold and frosty but inside she is already a bit flustered, her strength isn't actually enough to take down an admiral and she knows it.

The only thing she could do is bite the bullet and take the consequences for her momentary willfulness. This is called self-infliction.

Usually her attack style is to use her unique kicking style (can it be unique???) combined with her devil fruit and it would do the trick but…the admiral's physique seems a bit unique.

Kicking away a Zoan fruit user means that the physique is very strong.

She gazed at Yumi coldly and released a wave of coercion. The marine soldiers on deck watching all this was immediately knocked out with only Kuina and a couple high-ranking officers still awake.

Only Kuina was able to be fully awake and doesn't look like she was affected, the rest of the officers looked like they were about to collapse.

Kuina looked at them with a bit of disappointment and sighed, "Training will quadruple for you all."

Her last words caused the remaining officers on board to fall in a coma like the rest of the low-ranking soldiers.

Deeper disappointment appeared on Kuina's eyes as she made up her mind to upgrade their training plan by 10 times.

Back to the battle, Yumi wasn't at all affected by Hancock's conqueror's Haki as she had a hint of playfulness in her eyes. A small smile crept up her face, making her already cute face even cuter.

"So you want to compete with me on Conqueror's Haki, huh?"

The words of Yumi brought momentary confusion to appear on Hancock's face, not knowing that means.

Only one in a million people would have the qualifications of a king and that is what conqueror's Haki is. Most people that are born with conqueror's Haki would not want to be under a rule set by someone.

That is why none of the marine admirals have conqueror's Haki.

Kings don't want to be on other people's rules but on their own terms, that is what it means to have a qualification of a king.

Gilgamesh (nods): Hmph! That's right Mongrel.

Without bothering on what Hancock thought, Yumi leaked a bit of her Conqueror's Haki.

An immense and terrifying momentum came out from her small body, pressing almost everything on the ground. the clouds in the sky dispersed and the seagulls fell to the ground.

Kuina watching this battle from the warship was pressed to the wooden floor on a kneeling position, almost losing consciousness.

Compared to ordinary Conqueror's Haki, Yumi's Conqueror's Haki is stronger by a big margin, even shanks can't compare with her on Conqueror's Haki, and he is said to be the best in the One Piece world.

The result is obvious, Kuina wouldn't be able to brush it off like with Hancock's as the level is not the same at all.

On the other hand, Hancock who was very near to Yumi was on the verge of losing consciousness.

Although she has conqueror's Haki herself which provides high resistance to other people's king aura, she still was almost knocked out by the momentum coming from Yumi.

*Da-Da-Da-Da*

Yumi slowly walked towards the kneeling Hancock, making a rhythmic sound every time she steps on the sand.

Her head slightly tilted downwards with her eyes returning to the original boredom, she took out a lollipop from her pocket and put it in her mouth.

"So…have you reconsidered your choice yet? I don't have all day, you know?"

Hancock pursed her lips, tears almost spilling down her eyes, "Y-Yes."

Could this be counted as breaking a woman's pride?
