Chapter 4 Bad Memories of the Heavenly Yaksha

Marineford, Conference Room.

As the one leading the group, Yumi entered the room first, followed by Kuina, Hancock, and the rest of the warlords.

In the room, there were a huge round table, capable of hosting a dozen or so people, there were also a number of chairs that is enough for the people coming in this meeting.

Yumi randomly chooses a chair to sit on and lay her head on the table, her eyes were droopy, seemingly falling asleep and with the lollipop in her mouth, there was drool slightly leaking.

A peaceful look was on her face, just like a regular child.

Right now, she looks extremely cute!

On the other hand, Kuina sat beside Yumi and seemed to be guarding her. She slightly smiled at the peaceful look of Yumi but looked warily at the warlords in the room.

"Fuffuffuffu~ It looks like our little admiral trust us so much, to even sleep in front of us! But what if I'm a bad person? A bad person would betray our little admiral's trust, wouldn't he?"

The words of Doflamingo sounded in the room, accompanied by his laugh.

The bible-holding man sat down on a chair that is closest to him and began reading his bible. Hancock sat next to Kuina as she doesn't want to be between two men.

Dracule Mihawk sat next to the bible-reading man, he calmly said, "Doflamingo, have you forgotten the beating you experienced a year ago?"

After saying this, he closed his eyes and went into meditation. His words were very blunt, and it seemed to hit Doflamingo's sore spot.

The title Heavenly Yaksha came from his ever-present smile, smiling when happy, smiling when sad, and smiling when angry.

But at this moment, the ever-so present smile on his face had faded, replacing with a serious look as the words of Mihawk reminded him of his first meeting of this little admiral.

It all happened a year ago, in Dressrosa and the time was noon. He was just relaxing in his majestic palace when a delicate young girl burst through big palace door.

The delicate young girl introduced herself to be Yumi Sayuri, an admiral of the marine, and she was here to rectify the kingdom.

The rest of his cadre, Trebol, Diamante, and Pica, were beaten unconscious with some tooth missing, the most important link to his stolen kingdom, Sugar, has been tied up on a random palace pillar.

Basically most of his important crew members were unconscious or can't stop this delicate-looking young girl.

His first reaction was to immediately beat the girl up as he is very confident with his strength.

Haki-wise, he could be said to be one of the top below the four emperors and physique-wise he could beat most people, his devil fruit has been cultivated to awakening which just improves his strength by a level.

Overall, he could beat vice-admirals while he could escape with his life when facing an admiral.

The young girl's identity as an admiral is doubtful and is a bit unreliable as she looks so delicate and harmless.

But when he tried to just make the girl pass out with his conqueror's Haki, nothing happened which made him confused.

His conqueror's Haki should affect this little girl… why did nothing happen?

Just as he was about to try it again, the girl stretched out her hand and punched the air, the massive force from her fist travelled through the air in a split second and immediately hit his abdomen, making him vomit blood.

He was just about to make a move when the girl instantly appeared right in front of him and punched his head with just enough force to make his face swell.

A couple beatings later, his face was swollen to the point of looking like a pig's head. He had a black eye in both his eyes, looking quite like a panda with an additional black circle.

His pig's head looked really humorous to the little girl as she let out a cute giggle.

Though she didn't stop her action, she continued beating his head over and over again. When his injury reaches a certain point, she just uses a mysterious technique to heal his wounds.

When he was about to faint from pain, she used another mysterious technique to replenish his mental strength.

The beating took another 2 hours before the little girl stopped, he didn't have the strength to resist the little girl as she is that strong.

At that time, he made a promise not to offend the little girl and listen to whatever the little girl will say, so he waited.

The little girl said, "Doflamingo, you have to promise me 3 requests and you don't have the right to refuse it. if I find you breaking these 3 requests, I'll be back and continue beating you for a whole day, got it?"

Hearing that the punishment was a beating for a whole day, he was slightly scared but on the surface he looked very calm.

Nodding at what the little girl said, she continued, "First, You must ensure all citizens in Dressrosa to not be killed for whatever reason. At most, you can just turn them into toys and let them be with their family."

Doflamingo had a serious expression as he nodded at her request. Her first request isn't particularly harmful, he could use these "people turned into toys" to be with their families but their ability to speak is taken away.

In this way, they don't really lose anything except unable to reproduce, unable to talk to their love ones, unable to let the love ones know who he/she is, and etc.

It is not killing them and follows the second part of the first request.

The little girl continued, "My second request is to let the citizens of Dressrosa to not worry about food and live a normal life. All I ask of you is to ensure a standard living quality that the citizens will have. As for higher living qualities, that is for you to decide."

Doflamingo also nodded at this. The second condi- I mean request is also not bad. He could use the "people turned into toys" to work a specific labor that will ensure a standard flow of income to their families.

Rebellion is somewhat quelled and the families of the "people turned into toys" will not suffer much hardship.

The little girl once again continued, "My third and last request is for you to implement some policies that I'll give you. Here."

A dozen sheet of papers were given to Doflamingo, in it is a dense amount of words piled up in small letters. It took about half an hour for Doflamingo to read it all and the sheet of papers given to him is basically a "how to govern a kingdom" with some advanced(Modern) theories and policies that ensure stability of a kingdom.

Strict ideology training, 9-compulsory education, physique and Haki training, 10 sections of important social systems, and etc.

All these to ensure that Dressrosa have a solid-hard foundation.

The iconic smile of Doflamingo appeared on his face when reading this, this could help him ensure a long rule, basically guaranteeing that he'll have a status close to celestial dragons.

"Fuffuffuffu~ I can guarantee your last request, little admiral."

After he finished speaking, the little girl was silent for a moment and seemed to contemplate something. Finishing her contemplation, she suddenly spoke up, "If you want, I'll let you sign this contract. This contract states that you'll follow the three requests I stated. If you fail to do the three requests, you'll instantly die. If you sign this contract, I promise not to visit you every three days to check on the status of Dressrosa…"

A cold sweat appeared on Doflamingo's forehead, there was a small psychological shadow in his heart and when hearing that she might visit him once every three days, it brings him inexplicable anxiety.

"Where is the contract?"

He wouldn't care about the consequences of following the contract, he had already decided to wholeheartedly follow the requests because it is very beneficial for him to do so.

The little girl took out a piece of paper and gave it to Doflamingo, saying, "You need to sign this with your blood."

Doflamingo carefully reads the contract, seeing if there are any additional remarks in it, this is related to his life so he should be careful with these kinds of things.

Confirming it, he took out a knife, made a small cut on his finger, and signed the contract right away.

The contract floated in the air and burned into flames, a feeling of something restraining his heart was felt for a moment before it disappears.

This confirms that the consequences are not a joke, he'll really die if he breaks the contract.

"Well…I need to go, I have things to do as an admiral. Ba-Bye!"

The little girl disappears into thin air, never to be seen again. That day he contacted the high-level spy he has, Vergo, the head of G-5.

And here is their conversation.

"Young master, what is the matter?"

"Vergo, I want to confirm something. Have you heard of the name Yumi Sayuri?"

"Yes, young master. That is the youngest person in history to ever become an admiral."

"Does she look like a young child?"

"Yes, young master, how did you know?"

"…"

The call ended with Doflamingo confirming that the little girl was indeed an admiral.
