Leona was a talent that was getting resources, due to this her speed at learning moves was record-breaking.
One would normally see a random trainer spotting her on the street and give her a psychic or fairy resource if they had it, even if they are aware of how rare and expensive the resource is. There are also the cases of a few offering her candy, Stranger Danger.
Then there's Erika, her trainer, and Sabrina, his master, both giving her an abundance of resources.
As you can see Leona is living it the rich life. The life one would expect after reincarnating in the Pokemon World with a cheat.
Her cheat, Cuteness Overload is scary. However, thanks to it, Leona fears evolving, thinking she might get molested. To prevent evolving in her sleep, her held item is an Everstone.
Currently, they aren't in Celadon City but were in S.S Anne, a ship sailing towards Hoenn.
It would take a week to arrive so until then all they can do is enjoy themselves.
Teleporting out of Erika's embrace, Leona began her usual morning routines before going out to explore.
She hopes to enjoy some Krabby and Magikrap meat, and to secure her safety, she called out Erika's partner Bellosom from her ball to protect her.
"Let's go," Leona said using Psychic to open the door and quickly ran out, forcing Bellosom to quickly follow after.
Outside the door, Leona stops after hearing a familiar voice.
"Don't worry master even if GothatD has evolved into Gotthot you can always catch a Gothloli,"
"That's not the point, GothatD insides were heavenly tight when compared to Gotthot," the old man sighed.
"Don't forget the mission headquarters gave us,"

Her angry expression was snapped away by the public, blinding her sight and allowing the master and student duo to sneak away.
Yet, nobody asked the question of why they had cameras in the first place.

"You cheeky brats," teleporting into the pool she used her psychic power to erupt a huge splash.
Meanwhile, the parents, Erika, and the suspicious duo were recording away.
As Leona battles away with the children, she got even angrier when she noticed they never attacked back.

However, to them they didn't care about the game at all, all of them looked at her with adoration their thoughts weren't much different from each other.

The children seemed to have to reach a silent agreement on this, and began to swim or walk towards her in the shallow pool. Giving off the impression of titans chasing down their prey.

After escaping from the grasp of children, Leona grumbled away as she head back to Erika's room.

But there's a problem, no Pokemon has ever been willing to hurt her, even in training Sabrina makes sure her training isn't excess.
'Forget it, let's just explore,' Leona sighed, resigned to her fate of being too cute.
Taking her time as she walks down a staircase she got ready to open some doors.

"For f*ck sake Arceus, let something interesting happen. Or are you too busy sucking on Giratina's rod,"

"Finally!" Leona shouts teleporting to the top deck.
Arriving to see a trainer fighting an army of Gyarados, the happiness Leona felt for something interesting to happen vanished and was replaced with excitement.
'This battle will be legendary to point I will become a grand caster,'
With her thoughts clouded in delusion, Leona teleported on top of a Gyarados head, and then Intimidate hit her...
"Hey, let's talk this out," she said hurriedly.
Normally, Intimidate would at most temporarily stun her and not frighten her instead. However, because the Gyarados she stood on was the leader and it was Junior Champion Pokemon, made Leona for the first time in her life, fear death.
She didn't want to have to restart her life leaving the attachments she made in this one. She genuinely enjoyed living her life for her sake and not for someone else or revenge.
Hearing her voice, trainers, their Pokemons, and the Gyarados turned their heads to see Leona. Unintentionally, Leona activated Overload Cuteness, unlike the passive effect the active effect is 10times as good and can even affect master Pokemons.
Overload Cuteness is an ability that can be defined as an 'ERROR' and the only reason this 'ERROR' wasn't removed was because of its effect.
Overload Cuteness Passive Effect: Males, females, and genderless Pokemons will be charmed by the user. The current Leona can charm even a legendary in the Guardian stage. Sabrina who once previously resisted it can no longer do so.

Topic - ERROR
What is an 'ERROR'?
A fault in the system was created by Arceus. These faults can be abilities, types, moves, gender... and Pokemon. However, there's only one case of a Pokemon that's an 'ERROR' if seen please commit suicide.
Though suicide isn't always enough, it's better to destroy every single cell of the body and let your soul be devoured by Giratina. That's an 'ERROR' only a few legendaries can resist. Do note I said 'resist' not defeat. Please leave the destruction of this 'ERROR' to the professionals, Unown.
As for errors in moves and so on, it's a smaller problem. Unowns would just eliminate the carrier to prevent it from spreading.
Cure?
None at the moment, and no research will ever cover it. Killing the carrier is easier. 'ERRORS' are mostly hereditary while others are contagious so be careful of sightings of 'ERRORS'
