Quick Summary on Raven's effect on Mike. Notice: This is skippable as this has zero plot use.
The world's based on an anime in Raven's original world called, 'Naze Kono Sekai Wa Heiwa Ni Narenai Nodesu Ka?' which can be translated as, 'Why Can't This World Be Peaceful?'. Long name yet perfect for modern titles.
The story revolves around Mike's brother Nick with the goal being Peace. Mike in this version mother died a few days before being crowned King and learned who the killers were on coronation day. Swiftly and brutally killed the nobles and those who tried to stop him.
From soon to be King to wanted criminal. Of course, nobody dared to go after him, with his sharp instincts he could escape before they reach his previous location. Sadly, for them escaping without a fight isn't his style, that usually leads to him killing half or more through sabotages before escaping if not directly wiping them out.
From there he made a bandit group and slowly began to harass every country including the Empire. Eventually, he turned a country into his base leading to Nick the Revolutionary Army's leader being requested to get rid of him by practically everyone, including the Empire.
Nick manages to steal the last memento he has of his mother while leading the berserk Raven into his trap where he eventually died. Of course, I'm not planning to further explain the plot of a story I have no intention of writing.
Now, what Raven had done to affect Mike's life.
Cons.
1. Started 'manipulating' Mike at age 5.
2. Mike's mother died early thanks to him.
3. Mike's grandfather died early thanks to him.
4. Manipulating Mike to kill his father.
5. Manipulating Mike to kill his brother.
6. Manipulating Mike to unintentionally lead humanity to extinction.
7. Eliminating Mike to prevent any possibility of plot armor happening.
Jokes on Raven, plot armor still came.
8. Emotionally scarred the guy up to V4.
Pros.
1. Became Mike's best friend.
To Mike at that time, only Cons 2 and 3 could make Mike angry at Raven, but if the dude. could have given a good enough explanation he wouldn't have cared. After all, Raven was his best friend.

"Possibly only you can say that," I snorted.
"True, I'm a one-of-a-kind genius," Raven said egocentrically adjusting his glasses.

"Trust me, I'm a tonic compared to a certain *sshole I knew," Raven said mysteriously.

And before I knew it, this dude dried out his life story one me. A story, I'm obviously familiar with, but I suppose the perspective was a bit different.
"And that's how you became the loser you are today?" I asked curiously.
"You weren't listening were you?" Raven asked unsurprised.
"No duh, you spent 3 f*cking hours talking. I won't even listen to a b*tch's rant what made you think you're special?" I answered truthfully.
"Damn, can't you be a lot less like him?" Raven asks.
"You don't know sh*t about True Souls don't you?"
"Enlighten me," Raven said.
"You see... I don't feel like telling you," I snickered.
"Is this why True Souls are rare, their annoyance is at the level of Mike's leading to their own deaths?" Raven murmurs.
"Or maybe your desire to reunite with your best friend led to the True Soul having a similar personality as Mike?" I joked.
"Possible," Raven mutters.

"Annoying as he may be, it did be a lie if I say I didn't consider him my best friend," Raven replied. "He was reliable, but my goal prevented us from truly being friends,"
True, he required the world I had lived in, the world my mother and grandfather once lived in. The past me would quickly kill him if he knew Raven's goal.
"So in short, there was never a possibility of us being allies, so I decided to use him as much as I could," Raven explains.
An answer I previously wanted to find out came yet I don't care in the slightest. Mostly because he's right our positions prevented us from being True friends. Similarly to the present, where I want him dead.
Not for revenge, but because he's an enemy that attacked Risa.
"I have a feeling evolution going to take some time before it happens," I said helplessly.
