COUNT 3: DOMINANCE

He returned in his complete human form, now cutting even more inches off his height, with a box in his arms full of medicine. Drowning himself in a giant rag considered a sweater with shorts on, he figured he covered himself after he lost a favourite hoodie of his.

"No, no, no, don't trust man-made stuff," the man tried to say in the gibberish language, snarling at the items in Shu's arms. "It'll heal on its own."

Dismissing the hostility towards his supplies, Shu sighed, rolling his eyes outwardly.

Although he didn't understand what the man was saying, he knew pretty well that the other was basically against him using the medicine. A needle most likely scarred the man out of his wits after spending that much time with traffickers.

Regardless, he approached the injured male calmly before sitting cross-legged in front of the homemade chair and placing the box at their feet. He dismissed the upset frown, probably from straight-up ignoring the fellow dynamic's distress, as he searched through the box for items he needed to bandage the man up.

"No, stop looking, I don't want it!" the man only yelled once more, sounding very aggravated and was getting squirmy in his seat.

Shu didn't bother to listen.

Rummaging through the little content Shu owned with a pair of cautious eyes following the movement of his hands, he pulled up a bottle of ointment and some wrapping bandages. The man growled lowly and even sneered when he did so.

At that, Shu stood back up and glowered over the seated man, growling back sharply at the frowning other to make sure the man stayed still. The taller broke and whimpered weakly from that.

Huffing in satisfaction, Shu used that moment of vulnerability to lean closer and scanned the man for any other hidden wounds.

Unfortunately, the obedience didn't last too long when Shu raised the items in his hands.

"No!" the man protested, shoving him away quickly.

Infuriated by this attitude, Shu dropped the items back in the box, which boomed a heavy clang that provoked a wince from the dynamic, perhaps an Alpha from his constant aggressive and rebellious reactions. His scent was being blocked though, just like how he was hiding his own. Again, there was a high probability that it was the work of those traffickers.

Even though he seemingly looked like how Betas would, he was quite dominant thanks to his lifestyle. He wasn't going to start being submissive, especially now, even to a person that was supposed to be dominant to him.

Shu grabbed the man roughly by the shoulders, yanking him closer up to his face. He then let out a deep and low snarl: he meant serious business. The normally soft-looking bubblegum eyes darkened a bit instinctively, almost looking like a bloody red. His canine fangs stretched out for a moment.

It evoked the man's artic blue eyes to widen at the murderous aura, reducing him to let out a round of quiet whimpers.

Once done, Shu was almost too proud of himself when he managed to get the Alpha to lower his gaze in defeat.

'I hurt his ego,'     he couldn't help but think. What a strange one, this man was.

More importantly, Shu wasn't going to let a gravely wounded person be left in this state, even if their kind evolved to have their unique ability of self-heal on their own. The injuries might worsen, and this moron of a man might not be able to heal as fast as he assumed he could. Especially with his lack of nutrients in his body.

Once his display of dominance did the trick to silent the Alpha to submission, Shu chuckled softly when the man instantly calmed down from his struggle. He slid back down to get the items he dropped, and poured a handful of the ointment into his hand, going for the other's shoulders to smear across the wounds there. With his free hand, he held the bandages to get ready.

Glancing at the man at the corner of his eye, he noted the Alpha's expression and saw how his hands tried to grab onto the ground as he bit tightly onto his lips. Holding the ointment and wrap of bandages, he hoisted the man up by the arm gently afterwards and lead him to the far end of the house; his bedroom. Shu was probably dragging the poor male, who seemed reluctant to sleep in an unfamiliar place. It was mutually shared, but as much as he didn't want to share his sleeping quarters, he didn't know where else better to lie down said male.

Kicking the door open with his foot as he did earlier, he went straight for the bed and pushed the man carefully down.

Without much of a shock, this was followed by another round of yelps and hisses. He continued applying ointment once the strange male seemed to settle himself and then wrapped bandages around needed areas expertly. Since he lived alone, he was a master at patching up wounds by now.

If not, he'd probably be somewhere out there, decaying.

The wild wasn't that forgiving.

By the time he was done, there was a sleeping Alpha on his bed, piled by his favourite soft furs. Used to be his favourite, Shu supposed as cringed his nose at the sight. He gathered up the materials in his arms, shaking his head to himself.

Once a few days pass, the man could at least move. The idea of having another person at his home didn't sink in him, much less an Alpha. He wasn't too worried though, especially since he seemed to prove his dominance over the male for now.

In spite so, from here on out, his sweet and peaceful solitary was now going to be disturbed. Because if this truly was an Alpha lurking inside his house, once both of their scent blockers were to fade off, all hell were to break loose as they would fight for proper dominance in this house. He doubted the Alpha would be able to detect his true gender through scent alone, even getting ruled as a Beta seemed off since especially the pup seemed inexperienced, but an Alpha's aggression was not to be taken lightly.

'Just until he heals properly,'    he thought to himself with a shrug, as he was cleaning up his supplies neatly back to its tight compartment.    'I'll evict him out before anything outrageous happens.'

He glanced in the direction of his bedroom, smirking.

'If not, I'll just show him who's more dominant between us.'
