Chapter five

It was an emerald swimsuit with a shear cover up emerald skirt.I gaped at the swimsuit not able to take my eyes off it.Pinocchio came into the room unnoticed as I was still in a trance.She eyed the swimsuit on my bed with wonder and amazement.Her eyes twinkled as she looked at it I guess she liked it too.She looked really beautiful in her white swimsuit as it matched her chestnut skin.

I put on my swimsuit in the bathroom and when I came out tears welled in her eyes."You look beautiful just like a regal princess,"she said.I examined myself in the mirror as I looked at my exposed skin which did me justice it matched with the emerald green color of the swimsuit it's upper part covering only my bosom and my whole stomach was exposed the rest was covering my lady bits and now the see me through shear skirt that reached my toes.I was sure I was not going to take off that skirt besides it left little details for the imagination.According to Pinocchio the theme was swimsuit when clearly the other girl brought me a dress.I chose to dismiss that thought and let Pinocchio do my hair so she would stop whining.

She made my hair into a braid she called waterbraid.She also insisted I put on make up but I only went for mascara,an eyeliner and lipgloss.When I looked into the mirror my eyes looked glacier than usual I noted that I looked good if not beautiful the emerald truly brought out my porcelain skin.

Sylvain

I stood watching Dercy and the rest of her friends.I just couldn't believe that she actually gave the girl a summer dress for the pool party but it's not that surprising I was actually expecting worse and I was sure what they planned for the girl would be worse than what they did to the other girl last year.Dercy feels that this new girl is competition since she was naturally beautiful and to be sincere I found her more intriguing.She had stayed in the attic for three days with no food or water and when she came out she didn't even show weakness.I also wanted to know anything if not something about her.She was so quiet a real enigma.I am also a quiet person but compared to her I might seem a little bit lively.

Pinocchio had been friends with the girl since she got there but the only words the girl has given Pinnochio are,"It's going to take more than that to kill me."I walked next to the pool as I made sure that the music was about to play and the party was about to kick off.As if on cue the music started to play when she walked in bare feet her eyes trained on the pool not looking at anyone. A thousand years by Christina Perri was playing as I drank in her appearance. Her hair cascaded down her waist covering her exposed back. The emerald swimsuit she wore suited her porcelain skin and it looked as if her skin was glistening. She looked really stunning the temperature of the room increased rapidly as soon as I set my eyes on her for the second time.

Her lower half was covered with a see me through emerald shear skirt as it exposed half of the swimsuit beneath it . Pinocchio was next to her in a white swimsuit complimenting her friend's look making her look like an angel protecting her devotee.The girl didn't look comfortable to be where she was but in an instant when Dercy approached all the emotions were completely hidden and she gave her a stoic look as confidence oozed out of her."Welcome to your first pool party in Arabelle High and looking forward to have you for more,"Dercy announced.The music stopped and all eyes were on them.I walked closer to them according to tradition the school president was to welcome her also.

Once I stood next to Dercy I voiced my welcome to her and we walked her towards the table with the buffet and let her sit.She looked at each of us with her stone cold eyes full of indignition.

Nova's pov

I looked at each of them with the coldest look I could master starting from the girl with raven black hair,a girl I didn't know, Sylvain and the rest of them.I took my gaze away from them as I registered my surroundings.The pool was brightly lit with many lights on the ground and the population of of hundreds of students everywhere made me feel clastrophobic.Everyone present here was clad in swimming gear and I felt nauseated just looking at so much exposed skin which I was not used to.I couldn't wait to get back to my room to get out of the skimpy clothes I was wearing,no offense but the swimsuit was really beautiful but I didn't like being exposed to people.The party was in full swing and the music had just gotten louder or maybe it was my imagination since I was not used to such parties and I don't think I would ever be accustomed to them.

After filling my stomach with the delicious food the butlers served the music suddenly stopped.I was led by the pool and sat while my legs were in the water.Everybody else followed suit and sat dangling their legs in the water.The pool's width was really wide and it's length really long.It accomadated a quarter of the students present as the rest just remained standing forming a rectangle around the pool.Some guys and girls got in the pool as I scanned around with my peripheral vision for Pinnochio and I could see her sitted on the opposite side of the pool.

I was told to get in the pool by Sylvain and I did as he said.I didn't know if it was right to tell him I didn't know how to swim but I decided against it and saved my pride.I know I was expected to take off the shear skirt but I couldn't do it so I got in the pool with it.I walked in the pool and declined to take Sylvain's hand more like ignored it when he offered to help me walk in the pool.I stood in front him when I got to where he was as the water covered my stomach."We are going to give you ten shots of tequila and then with each shot you will answer our questions,"said a girl with blonde hair.

I nodded my head showing I understood.They thought by getting me drank they would get information out of me well they were very mistaken.They gave me the first shot and I took it with one go."Question one who are your parents?"I just stared at her without blinking and I gave no answer . Some minutes passed and I still remained quiet.If I wasn't wrong they would try spiking some of the shots and I had a feeling it was the fifth and the eighth shot.Just like I suspected after my fifth shot I felt fuzzy and I knew the effects were kicking in I started feeling free and less uptight but I still gave no answer to their fifth question.I took the rest of my shots and at my eighth I felt more fuzzier but I still didn't answer their questions.I think one of the question they had asked if my cherry had ever been popped and I chuckled what a stupid question how was that going to help them.

They all looked at me but still I gave no answer.After my tenth shot with the question being if I found any guy in the school attractive and if I did which one.To be frank I never paid attention to any of them to find out if any of them was attractive.I looked around feeling my head was lighter than usual but I could see just fine.I had to admit to myself some guys were really attractive but my eyes finally landed on Sylvain and he was the most attractive but I just couldn't let them know.
