Oblivious

Austria, October 14th 1800

Lukas was once again in the throne hall, standing in front of Franz. The both of them were looking into each other's eyes, as they were about to start their discussion.

Franz leaned back on his throne. "So, Lukas, what did Leonhard tell you about it?" he asked.

Lukas merely shook his head. "Nothing. He said that he still has not decided the date when he was going to start the revolution, since he still has not even started the preparations," he said.

Franz nodded his head as he crossed legs. "I see," he answered.

Lukas, meanwhile, noticed a slight frown on Franz's forehead, which meant that it had gone the way he wanted.

If Leonhard had already decided the date that he was going take action, and try to take the crown from Franz, the first thing that he would have done was telling Lukas. If Lukas had answered with a specific date, it could have caused trouble to him, so he just decided to play safe.
