Self-centered

Lukas and both of his guard kept walking through the village. The villagers watched Lukas and his guards from afar.

Some villages had seen Lukas going to that place, so they knew why he was acting like that.

Somewhere near a river, there were 3 women washing some clothes, however, they sometimes stole some glances at Lukas and his guards.

"That boy seems a bit down, doesn't he?" one of the women asked.

Another one nodded her head. "He went to where he shouldn't have," she commented.

The third woman frowned. "Wait, you don't mean...?" she asked.

The woman then nodded her head in confirmation.

The third woman then scoffed. "Oh, well, what did he expect? The nobles don't know how much we suffer. They'll never understand," she said.

Meanwhile, Lukas just kept walking through the paths of the village in silence.
