Leonhard and everyone else from his squad were in their battle against Napoleon. It was getting harder and harder to hold his forces back, and it didn't look like they were going to turn it around anytime soon.

Still, they didn't give up. They did everything they could to try to delay the French army, even for a little.

Franz was also back in Vienna, always willing to send reinforcements. If there was something that Leonhard knew about his father, was that he didn't like to lose, and thus, in this situation, he trusted His Majesty to help them.

Leonhard was in the battlefield, slashing down as many opponents as he could. In all of these days of war, he had probably killed more people than in the rest of life.

But he didn't care about it. If he had learned something in his trip to India, was that he couldn't waver in a battle.
