Splitting The Forces

Lukas was at the camp, sitting on the grass while reading a book.

He had already talked about everything he wanted with Herman, so now he was just trying to relax before going to battle, which was only a few minutes away.

The only thing that was left was for Herman to make up his mind about it, which Lukas was really confident about.

After all, it would be pretty illogical for a captain to reject a solid strategy from a soldier with Lukas's skills, knowing that he had those skills, having proven them countless times already.

Lukas yawned before catching a glimpse of Herman walking closer to him. Were they supposed to go gather everyone already?

Soon, Herman was finally standing in front of Lukas.

After a short break, he sighed. "Hey, Lukas. I know it's not the best time to talk about it, but I've made up my mind regarding what we've talked about earlier," the captain said.
