"How dare you dodge my arrow?" Long Chen heard someone furiously bellow.

"Leave the cub and the sword, and I'll leave your body intact." Another cold voice sounded throughout the surroundings. After the voice finished speaking, a group of people slowly walked into the area.

This group of people all appeared to be around his age. The one who spoke just now seems to be the leader of this group. He was a young man wearing some kind of purple martial arts uniform.

"Who are these people?" Long Chen asked Huian.

"Young Master, Looking at their dresses, they should be from Zhicun city's Qian clan."

The cub started following Long Chen as he began to leave. He didn't know whether it understood him or not.

Long Chen sighed and decided to leave after the cub started sleeping.

Long Chen took one last look at the cub and started walking towards the exit without looking back.

A few hours later, a small beast woke up and looked around with tiny sleepy eyes. It yawned and felt comfy in the makeshift bed it was lying in.

It woke up frightened only to find that it was the only thing in this small cave.

"MEOW"

It started to yowl.

Even after wailing for some time, it couldn't find the cosy feeling again. So, walking around the cave slowly, it started eating some of the items placed there.

It went back to the clothes with moist eyes and started sniffing them. Then, for some reason, it felt a little relaxed.

Meanwhile, the seed deep inside the ground had started to release a mist that covered the cave entirely. The cub began to feel drowsy again, but its eyes never left the exit.

Slowly crawling itself into the pile of clothes, it looked towards the exit with eyes now closing lightly. Then, finally, with all its strength, it screamed.

"MEEEEOWWWWW !!!!"
