Aizah was giving another report on the progress that had been made as pictures and other information was shared about the state of the homeland of Quinn that had been gathered by the drones.

Her speech helped to draw attention to the state of the kingdom as a whole and that only made surrounding kingdoms more aware of the threat if it was allowed to linger or worsen.

It was possible that there would be a much further spread that would not only envelope the island itself but spread across the seas to its neighbors.

That only helped those islands to get involved and to put pressure on that kingdom to solve its problem immediately.

With such a solution being provided at the expense of allowing the drones inside to use their kingdom as a testing ground, they would be able to avoid any further negativity from those around them so the royals of the kingdom soon contacted the White Storm giving approval.

The collected chemicals and gases were already being studied in great detail while a solution was a lot closer to being developed with each day that passed.

Just as Aizah finished giving her speech, something flew over the heads of many others before arriving over her.

It slowly hovered above her head before lowering itself down. "Package for Miss Aizah delivered. Releasing."

The drone released a small package before lifting off into the air again disappearing but many fast-acting photographers were able to get a picture of that very scene that appeared before their eyes.

A smirk appeared on the face of Aizah who turned away from the crowd after waving to them one last time.

She stepped back inside of her building and moved back to the office followed by Luishi who had been protecting her. "What did the boss send you?"

Aizah shrugged in response and then began removing the packaging.

Her black eyes widened in surprise once the box was opened.

What was inside the box was a small fruit that was in the shape of a line that bent sharply at an angle then the end of it looked similar to an arrowhead.

It was white in color while it had swirly patterns all over it which gave away what it was even more to the point that anyone would recognize what it was unless they had absolutely no knowledge about such things.

Liushi gasped upon seeing it. "Wow... how lucky. You must have made the boss happy with your performance. Although... I am not jealous of you or anything."

He did know about Devil Fruits and held some interest toward those who had such powers but it was purely out of curiosity that came from him wanting to be prepared against such things and develop his martial arts to counter all kinds of strange things.

If he was offered such a power at the cost of losing his ability to swim then he would still not take it.

While he did not feel jealous about Aizah obtaining a Devil Fruit, he did feel a little left out but he tried to play it cool.

He had to admit that Aizah and several others were among the weaker members of the crew but their uses were far greater than the average person.

They were developing their fighting abilities through training like the others but they had far less time to devote to training and improving their fighting capabilities.

Sometimes a power from a Devil Fruit or something else was required to add an extra layer of protection on such valuable people. "So what do you think it will be?"

Aizah looked over the note that was left with the fruit and then smiled. "How interesting. This might suit me well."

She wasted no time as she reached for the fruit and began to consume it. "Bleh... so disgusting!"

Similar things were taking place in other locations too and the next one was located in the newly renamed Haven Kingdom where the royal family name of Mercy had also been changed to Haven.

Alice Haven the ruling empress had been making great efforts to restore her kingdom to its past glory and had been working with the White Storm as their relations kept growing closer.

Rumors started to spread among the nobility and the commoners about something else which had even begun to spread to other surrounding islands.

That rumor was that Alice had kept rejecting marriage proposals from prominent husband candidates from inside her kingdom and outside of it.

Some promised many benefits and cooperation for such a political marriage but she still kept refusing.

Rumours soon began to emerge that Alice and the newly appointed noble named Arthur Harlequin had been spending a lot of time together.

It was just another day with several court officials being gathered at the palace to make their regular reports when Jester stepped outside for a moment.

Something was flying up high in the sky before coming down toward him. "Jester or Arthur Harlequin confirmed. Alyssia Lucine wishes her luck to you. Farewell."

A small parcel was dropped on the ground at his feet before the drone flew away again.

Jester checked the contents of the box before smiling naturally.

It had not been too long since he had undergone a change but he had been able to overcome a lot of his issues of the past allowing him to show emotion once again.

He started to feel a little more human and that only kept improving as he spent more time with Alice.

His smile was no longer the wide and stiff smile that would never vanish and it was very genuine instead.
